I bothered to visit this villa. In fact, these are houses with very thin walls, and it is very audible what the neighbors are doing and what they are talking about. On the day of arrival, two 0.33l bottles of drinking water and toilet paper were provided. Then you need to buy it all yourself. The pool is very small and very dirty. It is made with black tiles so that the dirt is not visible. And in the evening it is very clearly visible when there is a backlight. The only advantage is that the area is quiet. The nearest beach is a 20-minute drive away. When booking, it was not indicated that you also need to pay for the light, at a very high price. We were counted 7,500 rubles for two weeks of stay. although we paid more for two weeks of accommodation than people paid for a month, apparently the booking was on different resources. When we booked, there was no information about the light. We'll never come back here again. It's not a good idea to live in cardboard houses. The furniture that is in the house is in terrible condition. something is taped, something is crooked. very cheap furniture , from which everything has already peeled off . The quality of the beds is disgusting, synthetic. They don't give out duvet covers, you have to ask for them yourself. They probably don't understand that it's not hygienic for different people to cover themselves with a blanket without a duvet cover. The electric stove was breaking down, as the contact was holding up somehow, bandaged with electrical tape, and it was taking all the time. The washing machines in the laundry room are poorly washed, or these are the means, I don't know. I even threw 2 packs of powder. Everything is so cheaply made that you don't feel like you're on vacation, but you don't know where.
During the eviction, I objected to the payment for the light, some incomprehensible woman, who was dialed by an employee from the reception, very rudely began to threaten the police, and communicated like a habalka. Rude, uncivilized, defiant. Take a photo of the meter, we didn 't do it, and we were normally stripped of such an expense in 2 weeks. It feels like we paid for someone else, we weren't at home all the time, and we didn't turn on the Split at night, as the nights are quite comfortable, + 24-26 degrees Celsius. If there are no housing options at all, then guys, consider all of the above. We had our reservation for a nice villa cancelled, which is a fairly common story among Thais, and we had to stay here :)

Very thin walls between the houses!
The neighbors are wonderful to hear. The entrance doors are missing, the same thickness as the frames. The lock is about nothing... There is no safe.
The only thing I can say positively is that there are no ants, but mosquitoes fly in.

Great villas, we stayed all February
Polite staff. There is a communal swimming pool. Each room has air conditioning.
Nearby there are laundries, cafes with local cuisine, massage for 300 baht (masseuses are on fire!!! Both externally and with your hands))))
