An interesting place to visit for 15 minutes. There is a church nearby. Beautiful view of Batumi and the sea. There are articles on the Internet about this Villa. The archive photos were taken from the free access of the pastvu website. There was a sanatorium here. Condition: abandoned. There are props. There is a sign with the address 1-1 Tsarina Tamara Lane, house 2.

Now (November 2024) the building is being inspected. They put temporary supports to the facade, take out the garbage. The building is in very poor condition, but the architecture is very interesting — the windows are in oriental style.
