The hotel is really very nice. We stayed in a Deluxe Beach Villa room — new, spacious, with thoughtful design and excellent service.
Room facilities
The room has everything you need:
Hygiene supplies: toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving machine, shower gel.
✅ Slippers (size ~41-42, but if you have a non-standard size, it's better to take your own).
Equipment: large TV, sockets for all types of connectors (including USB-A and USB-C).
✅ Climate control: air conditioner and fan work independently of each other.
Additional: beach bag, umbrellas, 2 liters of water per day per person (free of charge).
I especially liked the outdoor shower — it's convenient after the beach.
Cleaning and service
Cleaning twice a day, and very unobtrusively: you leave, you come back, and everything is already clean and the linen is fresh.
If the room is far from the main locations, you can catch a buggy — they are constantly cruising around the territory.
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and after checking in, you are assigned a supervisor (Simna) who promptly answers questions.
Food
We had full board (FB):
🍽 Breakfast: Buffet plus there were always juices and yoghurts
Lunch and dinner: buffet of water, tea, coffee (alcohol and soda are available for an additional fee or with All Inclusive).
🍷 All Inclusive includes wine, beer, carbonated drinks in unlimited quantities.
What to take with you (tips)
⚠️ Sunscreen with maximum SPF – the sun is very active, you can burn out in 10-15 minutes.
Panthenol and painkillers - in case you do get burned (99% chance).
⚠️Corrals - there are a lot of dead corrals, walking is extremely uncomfortable and sometimes painful.
