Good afternoon! This is the fifth time we have rested at the villa! The view is gorgeous, the sea, floor-to-ceiling Windows, what you need!!! There is a great area with chairs, swings for relaxation! We lived in different rooms, even the standard view from the window is really bombastic. Each room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, toilet and bathroom.All rooms overlook the sea! The rooms have their own relaxation area, where in the evening, sitting on the sofa, you can admire the sunsets. There are fitness equipment for sports. For those traveling by car, there is a private parking. Special thanks and thanks to the polite and helpful administrators Alla Ivanovna and Sergey Mikhailovich! Any issues were resolved immediately and positively.Well-being to all and prosperity to the hotel! We will definitely come back!

It was a terrible place in August 2024. The rooms are dirty, the furniture has been picked up from a dumpster, mold is on the walls, plumbing is leaking. The smell in the rooms is musty. We barely spent the night and ran away from there. If you can only get to the sea by car, you can walk through the mountains for climbers. The yard is not well maintained, there is dirt and dust everywhere. I do not recommend it!!!

We had a rest in early June. We just got back.
Villa Mimosa in Sukhumi is the most beneficial place for people with allergies and asthma. The unique climate, the air saturated with iodine and bromine will allow an asthmatic to breathe freely and not remember his illness for a long time. The gorge-where the villa is located-is filled with ionites. Ionization of the air in this zone has a beneficial effect on the respiratory centers, makes it deeper and calmer, minimizes shortness of breath.! You can and should relax in the villa all year round-for this, all conditions are created here for a favorable environment for this condition.
We really liked it. The children are happy.

We rested in early July for 10 days. I liked everything. The view from the window is gorgeous.
Large communal terrace. Everything is well-equipped for recreation. Friendly hosts. Thank them very much for the warm welcome. Sergey met me from the train and brought me to the hotel. He also escorted me back. We are very grateful for the hospitable attitude. We will definitely come again.

I have long wanted to leave a review for this wonderful guest house "Villa Mimosa", all the time I did not have enough time to get ready to do it...Finally, I was going to write...We rested there at the very beginning of September 2023. They didn't have rain for a long period and we brought it to them for a couple of days. They were very happy, they had been waiting for them for a very long time!)) But they didn't really bother us either, it was super fresh and pleasant! These first days of our vacation we enjoyed the beautiful views there, we took a lot of pictures inside the house and outside) it's a great place for photo shoots! I love this style. However, the furniture is already new, there are torn places, a lot had to be covered up in Photoshop. But it was somehow not noticed there on the spot... I really liked the veranda with a hammock and exercise equipment! And since we were vacationing with a large family of 9 people (three of them 2.5 children; 7 and 8 years old), I was very pleased that the entire veranda was practically ours!) We rested in two rooms, we wanted three, but it turned out that two were enough. I liked the rooms! huge, two-room apartments with large kitchens, where everything was necessary. I can imagine how much work there is for the one who is watching all this, there are also several floors, they have to go down, climb up every time ... There is also so much vegetation, they also have to take care of it…When I chose hotels, I really liked the photos in the advertisement of this villa and was worried that they did not correspond to reality, because there are very few photos in the reviews of rooms, or they were unsuccessfully made. But to my joy, everything almost turned out to be in line. I had to go down the mountain, yes, but nothing., it's also interesting., Even though we were with children and a stroller, while we were walking we admired the nature around, houses, gardens...The approach to the sea was more disappointing... there are no good tracks. We were looking for a place near the main city beach "Mocha", which we liked very much on the Internet and was free of charge. Therefore, the choice was made on this villa, the villa was not very far from this beach. Even this beach itself does not have a convenient approach, only some paths, barely found this beach. It's probably better to get there by car. I was also upset that there are no large shops nearby, supermarkets where you can buy something for the beach, for example. It is better to take everything you need with you right away. In the evening, they even made kebabs on the barbecue in the courtyard of the house. In general, the main thing is to go on a positive basis, in a good mood, take everything you need with you in advance and you will like everything! There are advantages to be extracted from everything. In a good mood, the flaws are not noticed. I also want to note that, to my great surprise, there is super clean water, although I have seen and heard information everywhere that there is bad water in Abkhazia. I specially took a water meter to determine how clean it is. And the water turned out to be cleaner even than in our bottles that they sell. For example, in our bottles, the measurement shows 200, and there it shows about 80-90, I don't remember exactly anymore. I.e., the smaller the measurement, the better the water. This place hasn't been cleaned for several years, apparently. The furniture and dishes were taken from the dumpster. The air conditioner wasn't working either. The ascent is very steep.

A very cozy place! If we go to Sukhum again, we will stop only there.
We had a family room: a room with a single bed, a room with a double bed and a small studio with a folding sofa, it also had a kitchenette: an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink. A balcony with a stunning view.
2 air conditioners, toaster, kettle. Bathroom with shower. There are 2 parking options: an area under the windows or a parking place behind a fence. Excellent Wi-Fi.
There is always hot water. Wardrobe, hanger and chest of drawers: there is a place to put things. A great communal recreation area with a hammock and exercise equipment. Washing - 100 rubles.

I really liked the view that opens from the room, the shared veranda. There is wild nature nearby, cool air, but a very steep climb, it is important to know.
They meet very well and help with any questions. Also keep in mind when using expensive equipment, connect the stabilizer, since you lived for a long time and lost one macbook. But there is such a problem with power outages and surges everywhere in Abkhazia.

Guest house , Villa Mimosa: one of the advantages is a great view from the windows and terraces! It's quiet, there's no noise from the highway.
Of the disadvantages , they have not been cleaned in 10 days even once . A little uphill, but you can zero in, it's not scary, and if by car, then it's not a problem at all.
The rest corresponds to the price - 1t per person..... (Old chalk and no fresh repairs )
Otherwise, I recommend it.

Don't be fooled by the views from the terrace of this house. Other than that, there are few advantages. The service is average. But the most terrible thing is the climb up. It became a burden to me as an adult two days later + the child was injured (in another place) and such a rise from the sea became unbearable. If you are a fan of mountaineering, then it will do. I had to move out, fortunately the money was returned
