We rested at Villa Lyubov in July 2024. The conditions are excellent: a cozy room with its own terrace, there is a kitchen with sea views, delicious (very hearty) breakfasts, flowers lovingly carefully planted by Lyubov Alexandrovna in the courtyard, private access to the beach, its own sun beds and the purest sea. To the right of the villa there is a pine forest within walking distance, to the left there is a sandy beach. Lyubov Alexandrovna and Olga are wonderful, hospitable, intelligent and friendly people: they all prompt, tell, and the excursions that Olga herself takes cannot be compared with what you will be offered on any coast - an individual approach to all guests, the most interesting locations that are inaccessible on mass excursions, and a wonderful company - far from it everything that you will get if you go on an excursion with Olga. There is a washing machine, a refrigerator-bar with normal store prices (no need to run to the store if you want good wine, cold beer or just delicious lemonade). By the way! It is at this resort place that there are no garbage containers with decomposing waste (it is taken out and disposed of here), therefore, while relaxing here, we enjoyed only the fresh sea air and the smell of pine trees. There are quite a lot of canteens and cafes on the coast for every taste and budget. There are not many places with noisy parties: on the one hand, there are foam parties on a pirate ship, on the other - fun discos, so there will be entertainment for fans of stormy night adventures, and those who prefer silence and the sounds of the night surf will not hear the musical cacophony from all sides. I will recommend this place to my friends and I will be happy to come here again! Many thanks to Lyubov Alexandrovna and Olga for a wonderful vacation!

Small houses, on the beach. We liked everything for the most part) there is a place for a car, a courtyard, a shared kitchen, with everything you need, including a washing machine, which is very nice. There are shops and canteens nearby. Of the establishments, only Cafe Argo can be noted, 200 meters from the villa. Everything else is very unfortunate. The houses are very small, the four of us were cramped. The staff are as loyal and friendly as possible, Zhenya is just a smart girl)). The main advantage is the cleanest sea, a minimum of people on the beach. The comfort of staying in Villa Lyubov and in general in Ldzaa depends on the purpose of your trip. If a quiet family vacation by the sea is a priority, then positive emotions are guaranteed. Abkhazia has punished ❤️ we will definitely return)

For the first time in Abkhazia, and only good and vivid impressions remained! The place of rest was chosen on the recommendation of friends. At the villa with the beautiful name "Lyubov" we were greeted by the hospitable hostess Lyubov Alexandrovna. From the first minute we were surrounded by beautiful people and the indescribable beauty of nature! Villa with private access to the beach, which, for a moment, is within walking distance. The rooms in the building are fresh and comfortable. Room amenities, everything is in excellent condition! Each room has its own gazebo, where the moonrise is visible every evening. The beach is finely pebbly, the water is clean in the sea and warm! Entering the water is convenient even for children! Excellent breakfasts, like at home) 🫶 Special thanks to Olga for the excursions, for discovering this wonderful world of Abkhazian nature for us. This place is forever on our ♥️ we will definitely come again! With respect and gratitude, the Melnikov family!

Thanks to this place, I fell in love with Abkhazia! The sea is clean, with fish (fishing enthusiasts will appreciate it, be sure to take a fishing rod with you), flocks of dolphins swim as close to the shore as possible, admired every day. There are mountains nearby, and snow peaks are even visible in good weather. I came with the children in the off-season for a long time, stayed in a big house (Martin). I was very pleased that the house was warm, before the trip to Abkhazia I heard enough horror stories about heating, but everything is provided and everything is done for a comfortable stay (my personal top is the availability of an orthopedic mattress and a hygienic shower))). Many thanks to the hostess of the house, Lyubov Alexandrovna, for the care and reception. A very responsive and sincere woman, an incredibly interesting person. And also thanks to Olga and my Wife for the warm welcome! I was in Abkhazia for the first time, thanks to the hostess I learned about all the beauties and secrets of the country, so we were able to see the most beautiful corners of the country with our family. I highly recommend coming at any time of the year!

Beautiful Villa ❤!!! 20 steps to the sea! The sea is beautiful! New and clean rooms , snow-white linen ! The whole area is covered in flowers! There is a fully equipped kitchen on site. We were very pleased with our stay in this magical place, we recommend it!

We rested here in March 2024. Breakfast is served every morning with a view of the sea and dolphins. There are a lot of them here - in the morning and in the evening they splash in the sea. We lived in a suite with a sea view, there are also other rooms where the sea view opens from the porch and not from the window. The accommodation corresponds to the description provided by the owners. Everything is clean and tidy, flowers everywhere, everything is well maintained. By the way, we got a very nice discount. I recommend it, you will not regret 100%.

Close to the sea, I rented the very last house with a terrace overlooking the sea in June 2023, the room was clean, everything was new, everything was fine in the shower, there were no foreign smells, we were satisfied, and at a cheap price we agreed then only 4 thousand days

Ruined vacation, I don't recommend it! There is a musty smell in the room. Mattresses with an unpleasant smell. I get all the positive reviews customized!

For 3 days, the lights, Internet and water were turned off every day. There is no children's area for children. Ants appeared in the room and bit us at night (they didn't keep sweets in the room). Check-in is not at 14, but from 14.... We were told to arrive after 15 for sure, not earlier. No one informed us in advance, we found out about this only after the fact and went to wait out the time in the sun on the beach with two children who did not feel well. Of the advantages, excellent sea, proximity to the sea, delicious breakfasts.

It's a great place. The sea is 10 meters. You're sitting on your gazebo and admiring it!!! The rooms are very nice, the furniture is new! Quietly, calmly. There is a grocery store nearby. I recommend it!!!
