20 years ago, the villa was in disrepair. 14 years ago, some money was invested in it, and it came to life-clean paths, fountains, a playground. Now it's about the same as 20 years ago. The only thing that remains unchanged is the carousel for children and the pavilion with attractions, which are still functioning.
