Just yesterday we returned from a vacation in sunny Abkhazia, where we spent a wonderful 10 days at the Villa Abkhazia hotel! The hotel is cool, new, we lived in apartments with a gorgeous panoramic view of the Caucasus Mountains. The room has everything you need, bathrobes, slippers, soap accessories. The territory is cozy, well-groomed, warm and clean swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet, everything is fresh, delicious, cheesecakes, cakes and pancakes-you can lick your fingers! Dinner can also be ordered at the cafe, pilaf and compote from feijoa is just a bomb! The sea is within walking distance (200 m), clean, warm, equipped with a beach with all kinds of entertainment. Thanks to Natalia, Kristina and Grigory for their hospitality and cordiality. We fell in love with this country, nature, people, thanks for the rest. We really hope to come back to you again. Good luck and prosperity!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel! We rested for a week in the middle of September. The hotel is new, with a good modern renovation-everything is as in the photo. The rooms are bright, spacious, and comfortably furnished. There is a kettle, a small refrigerator. Large bathroom. The territory has its own swimming pool with clean water, sun loungers. The price includes breakfast: cereals, omelets, sausages, sausage and cheese cuts, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee. The territory is clean and well-groomed, the owners strictly monitor this. I fondly remember our vacation in Villa Abkhazia. We had a rest from September 16 to 23. The hotel is beautiful, new.The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a cafe on the territory where they cook very tasty food. The portions are large, and everything is so homey. On this vacation, our salvation was the pool, as the sea often raged.
It was pleasant to feel the caring and reverent attitude towards the guests from Grigory, Kristina, Silvia and Nigora at every moment of rest. I rested here both body and soul

The hotel-villa is simply beautiful! !!The atmosphere is attractive, super comfortable! The staff is friendly, friendly! The hotel was opened in June 2024, everything is new everywhere, shiny!
Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds.
The territory is clean, comfortable to stay and swim in the pool, in the evening the pool lights are on. Everything is at the highest level. Breakfast is included! Lunch and dinner to choose from. There is a bar! The food is delicious!!!

We rested at the Villa Abkhazia hotel together with my wife from 30.07.24 to 06.08.24. A new, fresh hotel with parking, its own cafe and a center of attraction for vacationers - a swimming pool. The room is pleasantly spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool (10x5x1.5 m) is a reinforced concrete structure, welded from the inside with a special reinforced PVC film. Well-executed water treatment, with an automatic water disinfection station and an ultraviolet installation. The plans include the installation of an electric heater for heating water during the winter period of operation. The sea is very close, 5 min. walking distance, clean and pleasant. The railway line and the highway are far from the shore, peace and quiet, and no breakwaters on the shore. There is everything for a relaxing family holiday. But the main thing is the people, the friendly and sociable owners of the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful emotions and unforgettable impressions!

We had a rest with our daughter from August 8 to August 14! This is our first visit to Abkhazia. I liked everything! A comfortable and modern hotel with amazing mountain views. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, past shops and cafes. The sea is the purest! The beach is pebbly, sun beds are paid. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. Exterior and interior design - stylish, clean, cozy! The rooms are spacious with panoramic windows. All amenities, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, WIFI connection, hair dryer, towels, bathrobes and slippers! The shower has everything, right down to the toothbrush and toothpaste! The hotel has its own parking lot and a recreation area with an outdoor pool. The pool is heated and illuminated. Own cafe. Breakfast is included - buffet. Lunch and dinner on request. Everything is very tasty! But the most important thing is the people. Friendly and generous hosts! Thank you so much for the warm welcome, coziness and comfort. I didn't want to leave. This is a wonderful place to relax by the sea in amazing and beautiful Abkhazia! I recommend it to everyone who likes to relax in comfortable conditions!

Today, July 16th, is the first day we arrived. We were met early in the morning at the border, taken to the hotel and immediately checked in. The room is modern, clean, spacious and very cozy. There is everything you might need, starting from soap and a brush, ending with a hair dryer, a mini nail file, a bathrobe. There is even an iron - one for several rooms.
Breakfast is simple, delicious and with a soul: porridge, breakfast cereals to choose from, bread from which you can make toast, cheese, vegetable, meat cuts, eggs, sausages, pancakes, toppings for pancakes and breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, fruits. For a separate price, you can buy pastries, ice cream, wine, soda.
The pool is compact, the best thing to splash around in the heat, the sun beds are comfortable, each 2 has an umbrella and a table. There are a lot of them, I can't imagine that there might not be enough of them.
The sea is 5 minutes in a straight line, the beach is pebbly, sun beds are paid.
There is a local resident - a cute doggie :))
In general, we are terribly satisfied, the price / quality ratio is 100% perfect, the attitude of the hosts towards the guests as if they were relatives, everything is clean and new.

We have been choosing between other hotels for a long time, we chose this one🤍 I was bribed by the fact that the hotel is new, the beach is a 5-minute walk away, breakfast is included. All our expectations were met, comfortable rooms, delicious food, cleanliness around. Special thanks to the staff, nice and helpful people!! Grigory met us from the border and took us back.
