Faced with rudeness.
I gave the photo to print and waited for more than 40 minutes.
I read on the website that there is an action in honor of March 8, a discount of about 15%.
When I asked why they count without a discount, I received the answer that this is for those orders that wait 3 days.
I tore out an envelope with ready-made photos with the words "Come back in 3 days, I'll count with a discount."
The advertisement doesn't say anything about urgency, so a question was asked.
Secondly, is 40 minutes considered urgent?
Third, I spoke politely and with restraint, which I did not expect to receive such a reaction.
What's the point of promotions and advertising if you don't know how to talk to strangers.
I decided for myself that I would not come here anymore.
