There are many elevators, a buffet and a dining room, sofas on the ground floor, access control, good toilets.
There are no lights on on the stairs, so you may get hurt. The fire escape is blocked and cluttered. There are insect corpses in common areas and it is poorly cleaned. On one of the stairs, the lights turn on even with sufficient natural light.

There was once a great business center.
Then they cut half of the staff, including parking attendants - now my paid place is constantly occupied. None of my appeals to this account gave a result.
In the summer, an access control system was installed in the building - turnstiles. For safety. Now decent businessmen cannot get into the building without problems and expectations in trying to find someone to turn to, but crazy people with suitcases can quite pass themselves, as it turned out.
I'm not even talking about the fact that many people just crawl under the turnstiles - no one monitors it. What kind of security is this, what is it?
Is it really difficult to set up a system for issuing guest cards, as is done in other business centers, what to avoid?
A little more and all the advantages of this place will be destroyed by such an attitude towards landlords.

The hotel is nice, but the mattresses are soft! I don't like soft mattresses, and that's the only reason 4 stars. But the rooms are great - spacious, with huge windows, with a spacious bathroom (namely a bathtub with a shower)! Not everyone has apartments of this size! Everything you need is available.

I'm checking in for the second time, I should have thought better of it last time.
1) On the first day, I ordered pancakes in the room, so they were overcooked and a lot of oil.
2) Breakfast is very poor, although the room costs a lot for its segment
3) I hung up a sign to clean the room and put water on. They didn't do any of this and suggest that I buy water at the bar. The issue was not resolved at the reception.
4) The next day, the maid did not replace the large towel, but left a dirty one.
5) The windows do not close tightly, so you can hear all the riders on the road.
I hope that fate will no longer bring me together with Victoria Olympus

4 stars are declared. We took a family room. One of the rooms was smoky, there was a problem with ventilation. No bathrobes, no slippers in the room, everything is on request. The spa is mediocre, free only from 8 to 11-00, then for money. The hotel charged 2,000 rubles more than was stated in the booking (via the Island). The iron in the ironing room ruined things, it was terribly leaking. The child was not allowed to have breakfast in the morning, they did not allow him to write down the cost to the room with payment at check-out. There is a complete discrepancy between the price and quality of the hotel. I put 3 stars instead of 2 only thanks to the polite staff at the reception.

We fell in love with this hotel ❤️ great location, near water parks) there is an exchange nearby. The staff is very polite and unobtrusive. The rooms are clean and spacious. The two-room suite is great for a family with two children, and the most important plus is that they are accepted with small dogs for an additional fee.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfasts. The area is beautiful. There is no connection in the superior room, you don't have to wait for a magazine with a menu for the view)). Of the disadvantages, there is no water in the room, you need to carry bottles and tea bags yourself...but you can pour the kettle from the tap. 2 san. the knot in the room was pleased. Great hotel. It is located in the picturesque area of Drozdy. The Arena shopping center and the Drozdy reservoir, where you can swim, are within walking distance. The hotel has excellent staff, delicious breakfasts and a cozy atmosphere. On my next visit to Minsk, I will stay there again.

We had a rest together. They settled in quickly. The staff is trying, but it does not reach the 4* level. They clean well. There was no bathrobe in the room, but if you ask, they will bring it. The breakfast is plentiful, everyone will be able to choose something, including oatmeal porridge. In our room, the safe was closed upon check-in, they asked to open it. They opened it. But after that, it never closed, although they asked once again to fix this problem. The spa area from 8-11 is free for all residents. There is only a hammam and a Jacuzzi in the pool. The sauna is only turned on after 11:00 for money.

We lived in a double room with a three-person family and a child, and a cot was already waiting for us upon arrival.
Huge comfortable room, panoramic Windows (3 pieces), wide window sill. The only bad thing is that the windows open downwards, it's scary with a child.
Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo with the window open.
Very cool lighting by the bed and around the table, a light with a motion sensor in the hallway. Excellent air conditioning system, does not blow on the bed.
Bathroom with a bathtub. There is a hair dryer and a set of cosmetics. Snow-white towels.
On the second day of our stay, the toilet broke, the problem was solved in 3 minutes, they offered to move, we ourselves refused.
The booking included access to the spa area from 8 to 11. Hammam, Finnish sauna, small warm pool with hydromassage, sun beds and a cold font.
Everything is clear)
Excellent service! I recommend it!
