We were in August 2022. I liked it. The kitchen is open around the clock.Friendly Irina, always smiling, cooks deliciously, large portions, very affordable price in the dining room. This year we decided that we were going to the same guest house. We're in deep trouble. The light bulb in the toilet is not lit, we were offered to buy it ourselves. We actually came to rest, not to look for light bulbs! In the 10 days that we lived there, the light bulb was never screwed in. The shower hose is broken. The kitchen closes at 20 o'clock, opens at 9:00, but you can't cook there. Why? Last year it was possible! And if small children or a person cannot eat spicy Caucasian food. Prices in the dining room are scrap! The tallest, went compared to three canteens. Today, the hotel employee did not appear at all, I understand that there may be different circumstances, but send a replacement. People can't drink tea, the titan doesn't work, the kitchen is closed. The worker was gone for two days. Not to drink, not to eat, not to solve household issues. People with armor couldn't move in. The hostess just didn't take the phone. Why close the kitchen if it hadn't been closed for years before and no one had stolen anything. Of course, it's easier for the employee, she arrived in the morning, and the kitchen is clean. Then why do they take money from people!?! Even if you don't drink tea!

We stopped by for a day, we were greeted by a polite girl Marina (or Maria) and a cute dog Spike (fell in love with this grunting wonderful creature), everything was in order in the room, the shower and toilet in the room, the air conditioner was working. There is a gazebo in the courtyard, a kitchen on the territory of the hotel. A couple of minutes from the hotel there are thermal springs.

Definitely worth a visit! You will get an unforgettable experience)). In a nutshell, the hotel is located exactly in the place where the source is less than a minute away and there is no extraneous noise from visitors to this source. About the hotel: minimum amenities, maximum freedom. A hanger, two beds, a washbasin, a toilet. All. (What else is needed?) There is a place to park the car, there is a large dining room where you can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a eucalyptus grove nearby. Air... At least with a spoon . The sea is five minutes away. Moreover, you can be completely alone on the beach, for several tens of meters. The only entertainment is the sauna. But, a sauna on eucalyptus firewood with an eucalyptus broom. Where else is this? For me, it 's a great place for a relaxing holiday with affordable service. For fans of more active recreation, there are guys near the source, they will take you, they will bring you to Sochi, etc. (the main thing is that there would be enough money) I can recommend for active people who are not spoiled by Egypt and Turkey. Everyone will find that highlight for themselves, for which they will want to come here again and again.

We rested at the ASAS hotel, a minute walk to the spring, pleasant staff, met well, the kitchen is open day and night, bed linen is clean, five minutes to the sea, the beach with eucalyptus trees is very clean and smells delicious, next to the dining room and shop, we liked it, I recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

The closest guest house in Kyndyk to the source, and this is the most important thing. 5 minutes on foot and you're at 6 a.m., the life of walking I'm in the heat, at the spring.There are economy rooms with a fan and an outdoor shower (always free), a toilet and a sink in each room.There are rooms with powerful air conditioning and a heater for autumn! For wheelchair users, there is a possibility of settling in without stairs!I recommend breakfast, included in the price. Varied and delicious!

Victoria guest house is wonderful, April 2022 the family rested there, very satisfied, a good very polite receptionist Galina!!!! The hotel is for those who came to the hot spring, 300 m on foot, the hotel is clean, comfortable, everything is sheathed in wood, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, there is a dining room for self-cooking, Parking and wf are free, they accept accommodation from 3 days.
