(We barely managed to get back before 22:55, which gave us the opportunity to catch him closing the doors. And when they told us that we wanted to terminate the contract, he said that the director would be there tomorrow, then you would come and return everything. I demanded to do it here and now. As a result, he got angry and showed aggression, which caused the staff to be called.
This "Agency" did not have a license, and of course it does not.
He did not want to return the money and demanded to hand over the contract, so that if we contacted the police, there would be nothing to prove.

I came back, after reading the reviews, they immediately began to give me money. The realtor's phone got through to the landlady (who didn't even tell the address of the apartment). And then there were discrepancies in the testimony. According to the landlady, the tenants have not yet left the apartment, although before that the realtor said that the girl had gone to Poland.
