I ordered a shoulder bag, the quality of the tailoring is not very good, the magnets are crookedly sewn (I'm attaching a photo with measurements), the lid does not close, they ignore it on Instagram, they respond once a day and say that I'm closing the bag incorrectly, I sent them numerous videos, photos, explained what the problem is, people do not get in touch, they try to disown as much as possible and unsubscribe in the style: "so it shouldn't close the first time, it shouldn't close tightly," etc.
I highly do not recommend this brand, terrible attitude to customers, terrible quality
The store offered to send the bag back to Belarus and return the funds to me without taking into account both deliveries, BUT after they "check" the bag

The quality of the product is disgusting. They gave it to me as a gift, and after three months of use, everything was already cracked, and the backpack was not used on a daily basis. After 7 months, you can already throw it away. I wouldn't even give you one star.

A stylish store. The prices here are slightly above average, but the quality is consistent. I bought a leather bag for myself, it looks great and feels amazing. I really liked the brand, I recommend it.
