I asked the woman several times if there was an appointment, she told me that there was a live queue. although I had previously voiced my symptoms to her a little bit, which appeared yesterday: the tonsils were swollen, covered with a little pus and this in one day, I also had a fever, fever and chills with weakness.
as a result, I came to the reception at eight in the morning and sat there for two hours, although there were only three people in front of me. And do you know why? because there were people who came by appointment and people who brazenly passed without waiting in line, because of their certificates and thereby got stuck in the office for fifteen minutes.
