Excellent hotel, courteous staff, good repair, helped to sort out many things, always clean, 30 minutes on foot from the center, but time passed quickly, there are bus stops nearby, you can also easily order a Yandex taxi (to the center the price is 800-900 AMD ~ 200/250 rubles)
There is a shopping center nearby (10-15 minutes on foot) with Waikiki and a large grocery store
A good breakfast and of course coffee!

The building, the interior - will go to the fourth. But in general, the hotel has a management collective farm. There are some clamshells in the corridors on the second floor, boxes are lying around. We lived in two different rooms: there was no kettle in one room, but there was a stand and cups. In another room, the curtain is half torn off. On the second floor there is an evacuation plan for the first floor - a small thing that conveys the general approach of the management "and it will sooooo do."
For many questions, the male administrator replied: the manager will come now and decide everything, but when asked how long to wait for this manager, it turned out to be a couple of hours.
The breakfasts are good, the staff at the cafe (especially the chefs) are great, no complaints.

It's very far from the center, there's nothing around, just roads and private houses. The rooms are not very cozy, and they are not equipped. There are very small ones, there are more. The Internet is available, the staff is responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean, good plumbing, beds - there are no complaints here. But the location is just awful !
