I was at a reception with B.O. Dostoyarova, examined, consulted normally, there are no complaints here. I prescribed a course of treatment and "in order to exclude" some points, I prescribed additional tests, said "as soon as they are ready, you will go between patients so as not to pay for the appointment, I will quickly look." That in the end, I came to "look at the tests", they told me that it doesn't happen just to look, you need to pay for the appointment again, they are engaged in pulling money, I can afford it, but here is a purely fundamental point. I do not recommend this clinic VIA Medical.

Disgusting insoles for 55,000 tenge, the same attitude to someone else's time. They record several people in a live queue for one time, forcing them to wait for several hours. He does not look at MRI scans and foot conclusions, does insoles very slowly and by eye. I simply glued the hand-cut pieces to the blanks and gave instructions to wear this horror for 2 weeks so that the leg would supposedly get used to it. God forgive me, it made my legs even worse. These are not insoles, but pornography, which aggravates health. I took the payment by transfer, but they didn't give me a receipt. You can't sign up for a correction for him either. Again, no specifics: a person does not understand that this is not a polyclinic, but they provide paid services, record for a specific time, and people cannot wait for his majesty for hours if they have signed up for a certain time.
As a result, we made a refund, because I contacted my medical insurance company, the doctor from which had the mistake of recommending this person. After looking at the insoles, he apologized and admitted himself that this was laughter through tears and, of course, an individual orthopedic product should not be made this way. If it hadn't been for the showdown involving the insurance company, I doubt they would have returned anything.
Also, this "specialist" is not in the register of doctors qualified to make Formthotics insoles on their office.the website.
I absolutely do not recommend either this "specialist" or this office. It's time for Grandpa to retire, with all due respect to his age.
