Departments don't seem to be shrinking. This is already an indicator. The third building is almost the oldest building on campus. There was once an institute dorm here. Then VTI was renamed VGTU, and its areas expanded significantly. The dorm became an educational building. Quite to myself, in principle. Although it does not compare, of course, with newer buildings

I studied there once. A dorm converted into an academic building, such an idea.
