The terrible attitude towards customers in everything, starting with the operators who can't be reached, they constantly ignore you, switch to others. Poor organization of tours with strange "guides". Unfortunately, there is very little competition in the market, so this company still exists.

I sincerely do not recommend this travel agency and a trip to Zaamin in particular: almost 10 hours by bus in one direction (at 6 departure, at 15 check-in at the hotel) to come to the mountains, look at 1 suspension bridge (which is paid to walk!) and spend the night in a hotel (we had Windows, the tryp building! If you go anyway, make sure that you have a garden building! Although the building was changed at the very last moment, without our consent), where the construction site is around, dirty tablecloths and 2 strange dishes to choose from for dinner (a buffet is announced), the children have nothing to eat at all. The pool is paid!!!!! You can't call it an excursion at all, just take the bus to the hotel and leave it, money thrown away. And one more thing is stated in the tour, but in fact the composition of the tour changes, as the guides and the bus driver please. If you just take a transfer and get here, it will be the same, but without the crowds. But there's not much to do here, especially for children. The very organization of the tour leaves much to be desired when the guide does not know what to tell, and the driver smokes on the bus on the way ... they post only positive reviews in their group, all claims directed at them were simply ignored.

I wish the person in this organization, who came up with the idea that in Laceti you can put 3 people in the back seat and send them off-road for 3 hours in one direction, to overcome such a path every day. I drove for 3 hours trapped in the middle between two men. Laceti is not suitable for off-road driving. Do you want to get some mountain air? Breathe in mountain dust for an hour and a half of driving, because air conditioning has not yet been invented in this car, and the driver drives with the windows open all the way (and there is no road there, there is dust). Jade Lakes is a very beautiful place, but the service is just disgusting. The hard way. Guides cannot organize people properly, because there are too many people objectively. All the time, someone was lost, someone was waiting. And all the positive impressions from the trip came to naught, because of the return trip, which went the same way: 3 hours in the middle in the back seat, sandwiched between two men, and exactly half the way you breathe dust

I went on a day trip to Tavaksai Canyon from this travel agency. Everything went great. We rode on a tourist bus, the prices are more than acceptable. There was a group of about 30 people. Uzbekistan is so beautiful. We still have so many unexplored places.
