I am a regular customer of the clinic, 2 cats. When making an appointment for surgery, I was actively offered ultrasound and tests, although the cat is healthy, his medical record is in your clinic. The staff did not take the initiative to study the history of the animal, which led to unreasonable recommendations. I was not informed: the cost of the procedure and the rules for preparing the cat for surgery (I had to clarify the information myself when confirming the record). At the appointed time, the wait was 20 minutes. The registration was carried out by a senior administrator, it could have been done in advance to minimize stress for the animal and the owner. The points related to euthanasia and stopping the intervention raised questions in the document on consent to the operation. I marked them as "disagree", but I consider such formulations incorrect. I ask you to review the content of the agreement. After the operation, I was given a repeat appointment for an injection, which I can do myself. There is no seam, and if the cat's condition is normal, I still don't understand why the repeated admission is necessary.
The senior administrator explained the rules of care in detail after the operation and gave out medications. I thank him for his professionalism.
She didn't swear on the spot, so as not to spoil the doctor's mood before the operation. Due to the lack of clear communication and the lack of organization of the staff, I was left with an unpleasant aftertaste from the visit.

We came for an IV today, not only did we cut two paws, we couldn't insert a needle, we couldn't do it professionally subcutaneously. I don't understand how you can serve animals like that and still take money for such an unworthy job.

Since there was an inflammatory process, she was prescribed a course of antibiotics, then had an ultrasound cleaning and tooth extraction. I would like to note that in this clinic they treat animals, and do not set a goal to earn more profit. No tests were required for the operation, based on the condition of the animal. We went to the clinic on 11.12.24 with a complaint of vomiting in a dog. Anastasia Andreevna Chevkota not only did not find a common language with the dog, but also treated us with disdain, accused us that "the dog is not well-mannered and we do not deal with it." She began to tell him that he had a shattered nervous system, while waving her arms in front of his muzzle. When we moved on to the ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, she said that everything was terrible, the stomach, pancreas, intestines and kidneys were in a disgusting state and it was necessary to do ivs urgently.
It was not the first time we visited different clinics and it never happened that our dog was held by 3 people, and we were escorted out of the office. I couldn't put a catheter on the first time, I had to shave the dog's 2nd paw and put the catheter there, because she pierced a vein on the first paw.
The most interesting thing is that the diagnosis says: gastritis, acute pancreatitis, prostatitis, etc., and the dog's blood, as well as the biochemistry that we passed in the clinic, is good!
The next day we went to another clinic and as it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the dog. The doctor quickly found an approach to the dog, did an examination in our presence, without outside help! So maybe it's not about raising a dog?

I am glad that the outpatient clinic is open on weekends, and this is a huge plus. The prices are not overpriced and adequate, yes, there is a disadvantage that the room is small, but it is good that it is there at all and very convenient next to the house.

I am sure that the help and prescribed treatment by veterinarian Panysh Maxim Dmitrievich was rendered INCOMPETENTLY.
The administration, represented by Mikhnevich Natalia Alexandrovna, convinced the doctor of the correctness of his actions for 27 minutes and expressed the opinion that after contacting their clinic, pets should also be shown to other clinics to confirm the correct diagnosis and treatment.
In such a long conversation, the administration did not even offer words of condolences.

A gloomy gloom. There are no waiting places. If you have to wait, you'll have to stand all the time. Since there is simply nowhere to sit down. Everyone is crowding on a 2-square-meter square. There is no air conditioning. It is stuffy for both people and animals. For the stand, a barely alive lady is lazily typing something with one finger on the computer. Of course, no one here knows that the recording time should coincide with the reception time. We waited 25 minutes, and were told to wait another 15. As a result, they did not get to the reception. Don't set foot here anymore. This is not a veterinary clinic, but some kind of torture room, which does not prioritize taking care of the pet, but squeezing the maximum amount of money from their owners.
