I am a regular customer of the clinic, 2 cats. When making an appointment for surgery, I was actively offered ultrasound and tests, although the cat is healthy, his medical record is in your clinic. The staff did not take the initiative to study the history of the animal, which led to unreasonable recommendations. I was not informed: the cost of the procedure and the rules for preparing the cat for surgery (I had to clarify the information myself when confirming the record). At the appointed time, the wait was 20 minutes. The registration was carried out by a senior administrator, it could have been done in advance to minimize stress for the animal and the owner. The points related to euthanasia and stopping the intervention raised questions in the document on consent to the operation. I marked them as "disagree", but I consider such formulations incorrect. I ask you to review the content of the agreement. After the operation, I was given a repeat appointment for an injection, which I can do myself. There is no seam, and if the cat's condition is normal, I still don't understand why the repeated admission is necessary.
