They asked for help, to examine the dog and help with treatment. They offered to give me a ride and take me back when it would be convenient for the "doctor". They said that there was no problem paying for the examination and treatment. He refused to help, pointing out that he was very busy (it took about 3 minutes to get to us from this "vet clinic"). Also pointing out that the dog is old (the dog is 6 years old...).
