The most terrible delivery service! They know that the organization works from 9 a.m., arrived at 7 a.m., the day before delivery they did not inform that there would be delivery, I will say more, they did not even send a notification about the delivery time, the driver could not get through, because the work phone is at WORK! The driver did not deliver, to the question why they arrived at 7 a.m., the answer was according to a template and allegedly no one knew what the schedule was from 9 a.m. On re-delivery, the operator already called back and called the organization's opening hours herself, although they were not told, so the conclusion is: they knew the opening hours! upon re-delivery , no one sent an SMS from the time of delivery either ! When calling the driver, he was generally sleepy! When asked when you will be at the address, I said I don't know! The most terrible delivery service!!!!

And now for the work of the dispatcher / manager (a woman), who contacted us for clarification by phone. A very unpleasant person who does not hear and does not want to hear people. He talks incessantly through the script, ignoring my questions.
On the first day, she said that the delivery time for large-scale cargo under the contract was 3 days. After a few days, it turned out to be 5 days under the contract.
Was it really impossible to just say that they would try to deliver the order on the appointed day, but if a force majeure occurs, we prescribe in the contract terms of up to 3 or 5 days? And explain that if it is impossible to accept delivery on another day, I just need to call back and warn? That's what I was trying to ask her. But she won't even let me get a word in.
Moreover, it also misinformes the customer (store) about talking to me. The man is clearly out of place. The desire to get involved with the delivery has disappeared forever.

The driver stupidly threw off the box, said figure it out for yourself, snorted and went into the car, where are the documents for the goods?! He did not provide any transportation documents. There is no bill of lading that he brought, whether everything is intact in the box.. The girl said that the shipping company does not bear any responsibility. What kind of driver has the right to transport goods without invoices or invoices??! I just said you owe me 1225 BEL rubles without any documents! The extreme lack of professionalism and inability to take responsibility for themselves, starting from ordinary employees, ending with the director, is striking.
We have been working for a long time with a Breeze on delivery as an online store.
More than once, our customers were misled by the delivery time, and during several investigations it turned out that we were “made” to blame as the sender.
The last case: the client is waiting for a large order in Brest on 04/05/22, since the next day is his birthday. The breeze picks up on 04.04, promising to deliver the parcel on 05.04. The status on the 05.05 website is updated to “on the way”, supposedly the delivery has gone, but when we call the client, we find out that no one has even contacted him.
We call the manager: the parcel was delivered on the afternoon of April 05, still in stock and was not going to move anywhere.
Extremely irresponsible attitude towards us as customers, as well as to our customers who are waiting for the purchased goods on time.
We cannot afford such an irresponsible attitude, so we have to break off relations and STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT working with this delivery service.
