They position themselves as a 24-hour clinic, although they are not. There is no hospital. Hospital treatment was necessary. Instead of advising them to go to a clinic with a hospital, they simply forced them to take the puppy every day and charge money for the day of treatment. As a result, the puppy died. They refused to accept him in critical condition, as the clinic is closed and there is no one to open it. Although the operating mode is 24 hours.

A wonderful doctor, we came to him on a recommendation. I prescribed treatment for the cat, before that we were in another clinic, we were loved by the relocators. And a strange treatment was prescribed. One of the disadvantages is that I had to ask to wipe the table. He was covered in fur. The woman wiped it off, the wool remained. I wiped it again and stayed again, and so on again. Moreover, she wiped it not with an antiseptic, but with a remedy for the smell of animals. The doctor looked and laid a disposable diaper. In general, the problem is universal in Yerevan. But if I had to choose, then I would go to the doctor, and he's cool)

Not that they work around the clock, they generally work as they want. Why write that around the clock? On December 31st, it was agreed that we would bring the puppy to the IV line around 17.30. Already at 17.00 there was no one there. They closed up and left. As a result, the puppy missed a day of treatment during the most important period of the disease and died in agony as a result. At a minimum, this is irresponsibility, and by and large, it is a violation of medical ethics. And there are still many questions about the actions of the "doctors", especially the girl doctor. But I don't have the moral strength to describe everything in detail now.

Very friendly staff, listened on the phone, found the nearest window at the doctor. The reception took place exactly on time, the doctor was insanely nice, immediately found a common language with the dog. She told everything in great detail and even gave a lot of advice for the future. We have a puppy, so I'm very afraid to go to another clinic, I want a very attentive doctor and we found him. I'm sure everyone there is a professional. The puppy was given an injection, then allowed to walk around the office while the doctor wrote recommendations in the card. Everything was printed out and given in hand, in such detail that not a single question really surfaced after the reception.
we reached home in a great mood.

We have a Tibetan mastiff, 4 years old. We have been regular customers at this clinic for 3 years. Vaccinations and other manipulations are done only with them. We recently had an ultrasound of the heart and passed tests, everything is at the highest level. Every time they feed the dog with different healthy treats)). I want to note the competence of doctors! Everything is at the highest level. Prices are affordable compared to other Yerevan clinics.

I thought that the doctors would be competent, but alas...
they gave steroids and non-steroids at the same time, specifically my animal was offered 4 different drugs that cannot be given together, little things like a stretched catheter - we will omit, but hitting during the call: -Why didn't you come to be treated? Actually, we agreed - I think it's cheeky.
And frankly, you can send these charlatans in three letters
I do not recommend contacting the clinics of this office - the only thing they successfully do is pump money out of you ...
And they will help or kill you - this is how lucky the doctors give something at random.
My advice is, look for qualified doctors anywhere, the whole city in clinics that do not treat, but do cosmetics
