We applied last year with a cat. Gennady is a very friendly doctor. It is clear that he loves animals. After the visit, the cat recovered in the evening. Yesterday I found a sick raven and wanted to cure it at my own expense and leave it until it gets stronger. Gennady didn't take any money from me. We were disappointed in this clinic. Everything used to be fine, but the other day it was necessary to show the cat to the doctor. They called, and they booked us for 4 p.m. every day. A couple of hours later, they called back, saying the doctor wouldn't be in time. We don't mind, we re-signed the next day at 19.00. We arrived in 10 minutes with a cat at the reception. The receptionist runs out to us in a jacket (it's clear that she just came), says there won't be a doctor, he has problems at home. They just wasted their time and worried the cat with an idle trip.
