It's a cool place, but not everywhere there are paths. It is very cozy in wooden houses, there is water in the house (we did not have hot water, but we knew about it in advance), there is a shared shower for houses who did not have a personal shower yet. The beach is good, but be careful - there are sharp height differences in the water, you need to keep an eye on the children.

One of the advantages is a good Internet connection and a pirate idea. The playground is good according to the idea, but it's pretty battered-the metal sheets on the side of the carousel have moved away from the tree, large screws are sticking out, children climbed on the ship-all hands are in splinters. Instructions with advice to go to the hospital in case of a bite to a new bukhtarma or a criminal code are puzzling with such a quality of the road-you just risk not taking the bitten.The beach is dirty, small, overgrown with reeds in the water by a third, sand with grass in the middle, just a mountain of sand is poured from one edge, sharp stones from the other edge. The whole base is overgrown with grass and bushes in which snakes crawl. But the nearest hospital is only in Novoibukhtarma, and there is still some way to get there. The base is not illuminated at night-it is pitch dark, there are no safe paths. At least there is a toilet under the house. The playground is dead, the beach and the pier for boats too. The administrator and the watchman are absolutely indifferent-the main thing is that YOU follow the rules of the database, and your wishes are your problems. At 7.00 in the morning, however, you will be woken up by the work of a jackhammer, drill, etc. buzzing machinery-builders are blurting out more houses. Everything is paid from beach umbrellas to skewers. One of the real advantages is a good connection and the Internet. That's all. Sometimes you want to find some disadvantages in other places-here there is a desire to find some advantages. But there are very few of them, and the disadvantages and disadvantages are right at every step. Now the car needs polishing, and our vacation is ruined. Cool base, secluded, no noise. Nice cozy houses, equipped with everything you need (toilet, shower, microwave, dishes, bed linen. They even give out a sponge for washing dishes and table cloths), a great beach and a good playground. The administration is well done, everything is organized and clean. The only drawback is that it's a long way to get on a country road from the highway. But the road is well-traveled.

There is no road in the rain, a warning about this appeared on the website after the rest. I personally saw such a road to the base for the first time, 10 km of dirt, got stuck several times before we got there, the car was all muddy, the driver was knee-deep and elbow-deep. One of our cars couldn't get through at all, they got their money back, but the rest was ruined for them. All week on vacation we thought about how we would go back. The second disadvantage is the construction site under the windows of the houses. Builders are busy working from 6.30 am to 8.00 pm. In general, we are disappointed, the choice of databases is huge, I do not understand how I managed to choose this one. On the plus side, the base is really small and quiet, I think because not everyone drives to it. There is no connection on the way, if you get stuck, you will not be able to tell anyone. We were lucky, the director was driving an SUV and pulled us out.
