A wonderful hotel. It's cozy, comfortable, and the staff is professional. There is no feeling that you have arrived in nowhere and you feel superfluous. I came with my wife on business and stayed here. It will be great with children too, everything is fine in the installations of Star Wars, Harry Potter, and many others. Along with this, there are a lot of free treats (hundreds of types of marmalade, croissants, etc.).
About transportation: metrobus under the window (Istanbul card is a transport card that can be purchased directly at the station in the terminal without any problems), buses and taxis are also here. Merchants such as Migross M5, Marmara are nearby. You can walk, you can take the metrobus (2 stops). I've lived in Beylikduzu for quite a long time myself, I understand the locations. I recommend it!

If you take a room, take it higher and not from the side of the highway, there are thin double-glazed windows and you can hear the traffic. You can move to another room by explaining the reason, no problem. At the bottom there is a cool room where pies, juices are free all the time. Some of the staff speaks Russian. Unfortunately, I did not get into the sauna. The invoice can be made in lira, although you will pay in euros, so be careful. TVs don't sync with phones, so you need to take a laptop. There are markets and metro nearby. Sometimes they leave a bag of sweets, there's something like your feedback is important to us there, I don't remember exactly. There is a good choice for breakfast. Recommend.

Excellent value for money, the breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are good, the staff responsible for cleaning could always ask for water, from 13:00 to 21:00 in the lobby you could drink tea and have a snack with what was left from breakfast, there were interesting desserts. A taxi was called through the lobby. There are Russian-speaking staff. I definitely recommend it.

This was our first trip to Istanbul. And we really liked the hotel we stayed at. the staff was very polite. All requests were fulfilled. I especially remember breakfast, it was something. The chef Abdull was at the highest level. The variety of breakfast surprised every day.

The first impression is terrible. But the friendly staff, the girl Yeguzel speaking Russian, just well done! We wanted to move out the next day, but thanks to them, we stayed. They quickly moved to another room and tried to make their stay at the hotel as comfortable as they could. Let's start with the restaurant at the hotel: I ordered meat twice - terribly salted, the feeling that they gave you not meat, but only salt. The room price includes a hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi. During the week of stay, I ordered a paid service with massage. The massage is very weak, the masseuse's hands are cold, the room is cold. I wanted to warm up in the hammam first, but here it's the opposite, the hammam after the massage. As we found out later, the masseuse was running out of time and changed the sequence. . The second time I decided to go only to the hammam and sauna, that is, what is included in the room rate without additional payment for massage. Refused, reason: busy. Plus, there are men there and they are not responsible for the consequences for a woman. When visiting the first time and paid massage, there were also men, but for some reason there were no problems with the safety of the woman. Conclusion You will be raped if you use the services of a hammam and sauna included in the room rate, and if you pay for a massage for $ 90, then Security is guaranteed. Impressed, they left. Now about cleaning the room: the plus of the hotel is that they leave a bag of sweets and you can drink tea after a walk in the room. Minus: not every shift leaves. And when cleaning the room, you can find scattered shoes that you left standing flat, scattered toothpaste and a hair dryer on the floor. This is just the shift that does not leave a delicious bag.
Special thanks to the girls at the reception and the girl with long black hair, Yeguzel, who speaks Russian. They are professionals! It's a pity that the hamam and Cleaning on the penultimate day of the stay spoiled all the mood. We stayed in this hotel for only 10 days.
