In 2017, at the end of August, we rested at this hotel. When we booked the hotel, there were no reviews, the reservation was made judging by the photo. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, in reality the hotel is the same as in the photo.
There is nothing superfluous in the rooms, there is: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable, shower, toilet, wardrobe, bed, refrigerator, bar as I understand it is filled according to the guests, if a child comes into the room from the guests, it is filled with juices and waters, if there is no child, they can fill it with alcohol (bar is not included in the price). Rooms are cleaned according to schedule, while not interfering with vacationers.
The first 2 floors are rooms, everything is located so that each room has its own exit, this is a huge plus - there are no corridors. The 3rd floor is a dining and relaxation area with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The hotel also has its own kitchen and bar. The bar is open until 22-00, but after closing you can also continue to relax on the third floor. The hotel has its own guarded courtyard with parking spaces and a small playground for children. The staff is helpful, they understand that the guests have come to take a break from work.
But you have to understand, stay human and you will be treated like a human being, it's not only in this hotel, but throughout Abkhazia, don't mess around where you rest.
The sea is across the street, 50 meters away. The city embankment is 5 minutes away, there are entertainment for children, as well as cafes and restaurants, there is another exit on the back side of the hotel, if you go out and walk down the street, you can walk to the market, then to the city center.
This year we are going to this hotel again, this time we invited friends!
For complete happiness, there is not enough pool at the hotel)))

Rating 3. I do not recommend it. And I will avoid it myself. There is water in the shower. There are no windows with Internet in the rooms.

A quiet and cozy place. I was on vacation with my wife, I liked everything. Clean and tidy, polite staff. I recommend it!

Nice, quiet place, near the sea. Pleasant staff, clean rooms. The only drawback is mosquitoes, mosquito nets on windows and doors would not hurt.

An interesting hotel. The only negative is that the room is cold and colder than outside. There is parking on site. There is no need to pay separately. We stayed the same night. The sea is nearby.

Wonderful hotel and staff! The cafe provides excellent food, they do everything to make a guess. Do not ride on the ship "Gagra". We spent 3 hours at sea, the engine stalled.

I didn't like it. They left for another place in the morning. There are no mosquito nets. Spider web and bugs in the room. My daughter had to sleep with us all night because she is afraid of spiders.

At the very end of the embankment, the market is nearby, Wi-Fi is always jumping. There is a smell of tobacco in the rooms, no mosquito nets, no swimming pool, no Playground.
