Liked the hotel design, staff and location. Had an issue with air conditioning - it's centralized, and you can't turn it on or off, or adjust temperature. Also cleaning services are not regular. Have to request it a few times and ask for extra towels. It would be great to include ketchup option into breakfast and orange juice. Overall I had a good stay there.

Very nice except for malfunctioning air conditioner unit. Nothing to complain about otherwise. 5/5 if not for this. AC was malfunctioned in two rooms. Inhouse app didn't work for anything aside from lights. Remote from front desk for AC didn't work either.

В целом понравилось, часто останавливаюсь в сети отелей Vertical в Питере, теперь и в Москве :) кровати и подушки удобные, расположение отличное, есть все необходимое вокруг. Приветливый персонал, есть кафе на верхнем этаже, еда скорее домашняя, но вкусная! Можно взять кофе с собой, дают бесплатную водичку. У меня был номер с кроватью на верхнем «этаже», не очень удобно забираться, лестница достаточно крутая, а потолок очень низкий, придется ползти 😃 в целом рекомендую!
