I want to share my disappointment from visiting the Vershina restaurant near Brekhalovka. After a long day at work, I came to enjoy a cold coffee, but I was faced with an unpleasant situation. It turned out that the restaurant does not accept transfers and card payments. In the 21st century, this is simply unacceptable!
In addition, the waitress was extremely unpleasant in communication, which only worsened the impression of the establishment. I was expecting a higher level of service and convenience, especially in such a popular location.
I hope that the restaurant management will pay attention to these problems and take measures to improve the service.

We were at this institution with our family, everyone was satisfied! The interior and music are quite pleasant, the staff service is good (everyone is friendly and helpful, questions are answered in detail), I especially liked the kitchen. Sukhum and avocado salads are praiseworthy, moderately nutritious and delicious, penne 4 cheeses are just a buzz, cocktails are gorgeous, desserts are amazing.
PS: less charm means less disappointment. Abkhazia has its own charm and rest here can also be good enough, be able to find advantages in everything and be kinder. 🤍

PLEASE DON'T EVER COME HERE! If this is the Top, it is only the Top of the Absurd.
We came to this place to put a delicious finishing chord to our vacation. We ordered salads, a burger, French fries, wine and - attention - a lamb (you will understand further).
In the menu of the institution (the language does not rise to be called a restaurant), the price of a barabula is indicated at 300 rubles per 100g. Nothing aroused suspicion.
They brought us salads first (Sukhum and fried eggplant), there are no complaints about them, it is very tasty. After that, they brought a burger, fries and lamb.
The mutton was TERRIBLE and TASTELESS, with a taste of mud and swamp, it is impossible to eat. I ate a couple of them, and, of course, did not finish eating. They asked for the bill, and what do we see? We were given two portions of lamb, and put it in one plate, and the cost was no longer 300, but 600. We asked the waitress Inessa (an unpleasant girl) why this was so. In response, she began to prove to us that the minimum portion of the lamb is 200g and that no one will weigh the fish. Of course, there was no mention of this in the menu.
After that, we asked several local companies if such a situation was normal at all, and as one we were told that NO, it was NOT NORMAL and we were deceived. And the taste of mud, according to local residents, the lamb gets only when it is not fresh.
Bottom line: they decided to poison us for our own 600 rubles. And it's not even about the money, but about the quality of the dish and the attitude of the waiter. To my words about the unpleasant taste of fish, Inessa replied that it was "delicious". Customer orientation is at zero, we all, of course, paid for and even left a small tea, but we don't set foot to you anymore. And we do not advise other guests, if you do not want to spoil your impression of the incredible Country of the Soul

We visited this institution this year as well. Unfortunately, the repeated review is completely the opposite of the previous ones.
Apparently they changed the chef ...
they ordered French fries for the child and a shish kebab from new potatoes, as well as a rack of lamb and a veal kebab.
The new potatoes turned out to be boiled in the peel and brought to readiness in an electric oven. The rack of lamb saw only a frying pan... The veal was also cooked in an electric oven.
But the most annoying thing is that the portion weight stated in the menu turned out to be 40-50% less.
This is me, as a person who has been working with meat for more than 30 years and is the chef in my cafe, though in Yevpatoria, I responsibly declare.
And this despite the fact that we were looking forward to dinner at this restaurant and went there in the most complacent mood.

We went to dinner with a friend, ordered two portions of hychyns of 2 pcs., one portion with veal, the second with potatoes and cheese. Firstly, the second portion of hychyns was cooked for more than an hour, and secondly, in the first portion brought, indicated as "with potatoes and cheese", one was with veal, and the second was really with potatoes. The chefs did not admit their guilt, they refused to come out to us. Thanks to the administrator, who quickly resolved the issue.

We specially came to this cafe as soon as we arrived in Sukhum-we were COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED / the order was accepted after 30 minutes of our stay.Pizza was waited for an hour, drinks could not be ordered-there was no ice.The staff is annoyed, not friendly, it seems that we owe them.....

But pork kebab for 480 rubles, which has a strong taste of stale meat, and which is hard and tasteless (although I specifically asked the waitress if it was delicious..narwhal or does not know what a normally cooked meat is.).. And strawberry mojito, which contains almost half of the chymose syrup..It was impossible to drink..Okay, pour vodka, not rum, but so much syrup even after asking the customer..It is impossible to drink! I couldn't eat or drink. I gave 880 rubles and left, because I didn't want to argue and spoil my mood even more. In this place, imho, you can only take coffee and some khachapuri (let's hope they don't spoil them). Moreover, there are really good restaurants in Abkhazia and even in Sukhum.

Here you will find not only Abkhazian, but also my favorite Adyghe cuisine. Your lacums turned out to be tastier than many that I ate in the CBD and KCR. I put a firm 5.

They say they have it instead of bread... Personally, I don't understand it... But meat with vegetable salad comes in at 5 points. Well, or take an additional side dish, you are unlikely to be impressed by the pasta... 👍

This is five points for a restaurant in Abkhazia, everything is a little exaggerated here. But perhaps it is the only restaurant in Abkhazia that I liked. There is no need to take dishes of Abkhazian cuisine and there will be no reservations, since there is plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly (a rarity in Abkhazia), a good location on the waterfront, a pleasant view of the sea during the day. Beautiful lighting in the evening. It works until the last customer, the waiters do not offer to leave faster, but on the contrary they can bring more drinks (although without a kitchen). The prices are average, the wine list is decent. Resume :if you somehow got into Sukhum, it's worth going into it so that you can have a pleasant impression of the city.

The second time we sat for 10 minutes, no one came up, I had to look for the waiter myself, she came up and I had to get the answer out of her for specific questions... It feels like I owe her something, although on the contrary, they owe me the sauce from the last time.. The Buffalo wings are overcooked and as a result, they are generally teriyaki 🗿

It's a good start, but it's still a long way from the level of a good restaurant.
1) the kitchen is not bad: excellent pork kebab, grilled potatoes are fine, khachapuri is OK, eggplant and peppers with nut filling and phali are tender and rich in taste, roast with veal in a hot frying pan - you can take it!
2) no service: no one greets the guests, the waiters count the s/p and watch movies without headphones at the next table in the hall, the manager sits with a bored look and does not inspire the team to work
3) the interior was created with interest and soul, but the result is still messy, the main idea is lost in a large set of heavily mixed poorly combined elements
