Nice hotel, with stunning views from the terrace. It's budget-friendly, but it has everything you need. Just 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar bus stop. They found it easily. Nearby there are shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. There was a room, I think, 502 (which is on the 5th floor, with a balcony). Small, cozy. Perhaps in the season when there are more guests and breakfast is served, it will be noisy, since the door opens directly into the kitchen, but from December 8 to December 13 there were few guests and no one bothered us. Good staff. We were charged in advance by w/a, "booked", without payment. It's all fair. We paid for it on the spot, in cash. I will recommend it. The only thing is, it's a very narrow and steep staircase, if you have any problems, then take a lower room)))
The hotel has a convenient location, within walking distance of the T1 tram stop, Grand Bazaar and Sultan Akhmet. There are small cafes along the way with reasonable prices and delicious food. There is a small hill on the road, but overall it is quite comfortable to walk. We had a room on the ground floor, small, but comfortable for 2 people. On the upper floor there is a terrace, open and closed, you can have a snack with a pleasant view, everything you need is in the small kitchen. The staff is responsive, Russian-speaking, always in touch.
I recommend the hotel
A cozy and budget hotel in the center of Istanbul, a very polite and friendly receptionist at the reception, clean and warm rooms with all disposable accessories. Delicious breakfast in the basement, it has its own atmosphere: thick brick walls, antiques.
