It was my initiative, because the impression was good. By phone, the administrator informed that the equipment in the VIP karaoke room had been completely updated. The sound quality has become even better and the repertoire of songs has also been updated accordingly, which is why the rent for the hall has increased. OK, no question, I paid by transfer as soon as I booked the hall. In fact, upon arrival at the appointed time, it turned out that nothing had changed there since January, when I was last there. I am very disappointed. It's not a question of money. And the fact that after the second visit to your cafe, there was not a pleasant aftertaste. It's not good to do that. The admin says that the equipment has been updated by 100%, on the spot the waiter says that the update was only half, but in fact nothing has changed at all. We will not come to you anymore and we will not advise others.
