for tourists, this place is magical! I walked in the park many times. The fountains are beautiful, they were repaired this year, it seems. I recommend it to tourists!

The building was built in the USSR. And there were no fences around. Now there are "people's" deputies sitting behind the fence... Only you know who usually sits behind the fence, but not the deputies of the people!
