We recently visited the Verdi family restaurant and were absolutely delighted! We were looking for a place where we could comfortably sit with the children, have a delicious meal and just have a good time, and Verdi exceeded all our expectations.
The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. The interior is tastefully decorated, lots of light and live plants. It feels like families with children are really welcome here.
The menu is varied and designed for every taste. There are dishes for adults, as well as a special children's menu with healthy and delicious dishes.
The staff at Verdi is just wonderful! The waiters were attentive, friendly and always ready to help with the selection of dishes. I would especially like to note their patience and attentive attitude towards children. They even offered coloring books and pencils to keep the kids busy while we waited for the order. There is also a children's corner with toys and a rug.
In short, we recommend it!!!

We ordered tartare with a young man, soup and pinsa with mortadella.
The tar-tar was rotten, and when asked and commented on why there was sauce in the tar-tar, the waiter said there was no sauce (in fact, they were just interrupting the taste of the rotten meat with hot sauce)
The soup was just disgusting, but the pinsa… It's just a nightmare, I've never eaten such a terrible pizza in my life. A loaf +mortadella (the cheapest) and a piece of arugula
The wine is diluted with water, and it is also punched at fictitious price tags.
The place is definitely not worth visiting and simply shames the Lighthouse of Minsk.

We came to the gastrofest with our family and were very satisfied. Great output, great flavor combination. We definitely recommend it. Hello, we were at a business breakfast in your restaurant. I really liked the kitchen, everything was prepared and brought very quickly. Croissant with guacamole is the most delicious: the combination of flavors and textures is harmonious, the dish is both light and very satisfying at the same time.

the result: we were put at the completely wrong table (to any questions about this, they said: "the director is something changed" ) what the director has to do with it and did not understand. the table that we chose had a very good location for us and was convenient for the planned event; when we called the waiter, they answered "girls wait", which is extremely disrespectful; when water was ordered (an ordinary glass of water, which is usually given for free) they brought us water for 14 rubles : /// ... before that, we wanted to order cocktails, but changed our mind, and apparently the waiters realized that the check would decrease and we would not notice this water; I forgot to mention that for a full landing of the hall (4 full tables and a banquet of 15+ people) there was a bartender and 1 waiter and how The result is a very long wait. My wife was a regular customer, as the cafe is located next to the children's center. She really liked this place in all respects. There was an awkward situation that she spilled soup on the upholstery of the sofa while feeding the baby. It was a shame and a shame to receive condemning remarks and a look from the manager. An establishment with excellent cuisine (they have a wonderful chef), good interior and location. Everything is ruined by the staff.
Several times the calls were simply dropped and did not call back, a person without appropriate skills was appointed to communicate with customers by phone, the waiters repeatedly talked to each other in a raised tone using obscene language that visitors hear in the hall, orders are sometimes confused.
It remains to be hoped that the situation will change for the better, since the quality of food is not the only important aspect in the institution.

The first time the soup was wonderful, but it turned out to be huge portions, so the next time I took a dish from the main menu, and the soup from the children's.
It says on Instagram that there is a 20 percent discount on takeaway, which was confirmed in principle when the male administrator punched it in the receipt.
But the next day, the receptionist punched a discount only for an order from the main menu, referring to the fact that there is a small margin on the children's menu because it is for children, forgetting that the portions there are two times less, so alas, the discount is not allowed for children.
The next time, the male administrator made a discount, confirming that everything was correct and the takeaway discount was 20 percent on any menu.
The next time both administrators were in the restaurant at the same time and the discount was again made at the suggestion of the same male administrator.
The epic did not end there, the next time the male administrator did not make a discount on the children's menu.
This is not critical at all, I earn good money, but an unpleasant aftertaste remains.
If you write that 20 percent is for takeaway, then do it, regardless of whether it's a children's menu or not.
Or write exceptions.
Or don't do it at all, if I hadn't seen this discount in the receipt, I wouldn't have known about it at all...
Now for food:
Pork ribs are 70 percent fat in composition, it is impossible to chew meat.
Half of the chicken is constantly over-salted, it is also impossible to eat, then you drink water half the evening.
A dish with chanterelles - the sand crunches on the teeth, apparently they were thrown into a frying pan right from the forest. The chanterelles themselves are rubber.
The mashed potatoes are salty, then not salty.
The pasta in cream sauce was very good, I took it again later.
In general, in total, I took out 8 times.
Then he refused to visit when, without warning, they did not make a discount for the last time. I didn't figure it out, not in my style, I just said goodbye to this coffee shop.
PS I saw a comment here about hair in food - there was hair in the soup from the children's menu, too.

Only here, for the first time in Minsk, in an institution claiming to be a high level, the waiter himself clarified which dish to call me for; and the basement is clear, at the same time as my companion - I really liked it, because usually the waiters in such institutions believe that it is their mission to educate customers and arrange serving according to their scenario, thinking that they are in this way they teach us illiterate the basics of haute cuisine.
As for the taste component of the dishes, for four out of five, the cook should work a little on the taste component of some dishes, but the serving is impeccable and beautiful.
