They live in one house, although there are two families in the entire complex, the sound insulation is poor. We came to celebrate a birthday outside the city, music was playing on a small TV, the administrator called and told us to turn down the music. If you wanted to relax and socialize, consider other options. The bathhouse is 60 rubles per hour, just an ordinary steam room with a small room, the light is not turned on, there is no shower. There will be a broom. Catamaran 40 rubles per hour. There are no people and such prices? There is no service, they do everything with a dissatisfied face. There is nothing, you need to ask for everything. It's not worth spending money on it. The location is beautiful, but with this service it's better to stay at home.

A great place to base, the nature is amazing. It's a good idea, but. We went there with a company to try out a floating bathhouse. The territory is beautiful, the houses look good externally and other objects. But the bathhouse is already tired. Of course, 50p per hour is too much. But the idea, the place is great! There are two floating baths. What is in the bath: a small room with an area with hangers, a table, ottomans, a socket, hats, towels, but for hygiene I advise you to take your own, a bucket of hot water for giving and a birch broom in it, shelves with the letter G, high and narrow, a stove with a heater, but more sauna modes,a mirror, access to the roof for admiring the picturesque view, ladders for smoking in the lake, a closed font, but not very cleaned..What was missing: a toilet and a shower nearby, a kettle and quiet vacationing neighbors. The staff is trying, but the overhaul is necessary, very much. So, I will pay 5 for the idea, and 3 for the current state and shortcomings. But for 30p per hour, I would forgive the shortcomings and sometimes come by the club.

Just a fantastic place, not far from the city of 15 km, a pine forest, crystal clear air, not a single mosquito, a beautiful small lake, a wonderful embankment, an artificial waterfall, piers with sofas of various locations for photos, scooters bicycles for children and adults, water catamarans and sapboards, an excellent barbecue with a grill with firewood and skewers, a separate respect to the administrator everything is very neat and fast, large enclosed area, cleanliness and order both in the rooms and around. Be sure to take a bath on the water, it's just a cannon, a bomb, a firecracker, everyone steamed and swam, even children. Rooms in a wooden log cabin are super comfortable, bathroom with shower, TV, dishes, refrigerator, covered swing on the veranda, slept like the dead. We rested mentally and comfortably. I recommend.

The place is beautiful, gorgeous, but only nature!! If you are not whimsical about cleanliness and just go to drink, then it's fine, the rooms are not clean, the toilets are not washed, the sinks and mirrors are splashed, the shower cabin is all stained, hot water does not really flow, the bed linen is not fresh,pillows and blankets are yellow!!! And you can list a lot further, the Manual, if you have repairs, as you write, but you can keep the rooms clean! People do not come to you for free and pay a lot of money for Vitebsk, the staff is a separate topic, schoolchildren! They don't issue checks, they called them morons on the phone))) conclusion, if you don't want to ruin the weekend, go somewhere else!

There are pros and cons. Nature is 5+, it's undeniable! But about everything in order. 1 the heating was turned on late and the first evening we were cold. 2 room is a quadruple room, but one double bed and a sofa that can be spread out for two more. 3 the audibility is excellent, therefore I do not advise discussing your secrets) 4 take drinking water with you, smelly water flows from the tap.. shower together with toilet, for three. 5 the restaurant did not work.. I can't even drink coffee. It's good that there were enough 6 bathhouses! But there is nowhere to change and there is no washing room. I went to the room to wash in the leaves.. Ida, the firewood for the barbecue is raw.. don't really fry the meat. (The kettle is broken, the light is dim) something like this. For this price, it should be better!

We arrived on vacation on May 9th. Of the advantages, one can only highlight the picturesque location, around a pine forest, a lake with original architecture. The management of the base did not dare to do more. Lack of Wi-Fi (and this is in the 21st century), weak mobile communication. The room we rented was 1.2, so, creaking doors and floor, hordes of ants felt at ease in the bathroom, running around the sink and everything that stood there. The sound insulation is very weak, we heard everything that the neighbors living in the neighboring rooms were talking about. I was also surprised by the lack of dishes and other cutlery. Upon request, the receptionist brought four cups of tea. Although there is a kettle in the room.

Unfortunately, that's how I saw the problem.: It's a terribly unorganized place. We wrote for the reservation using the number provided to us on the Instagram network, the reservation was made. We arrived on the specified day, at first we searched for the key to our room for 20 minutes. Then it turned out that it was in vain, since the room was occupied by someone, we must pay tribute - they offered a replacement. But that's not what I wanted to pay money for. Instead of a cozy house, alas, just a two-story barrack with beds. But even that would be nothing if it weren't for the dirt and the unmade beds. I doubt that they are refueled like that, I think they were just not cleaned yet after the last guests.
The owner needs to pay attention to the selection of personnel, their qualifications, as well as the organization of the process. The quality of the food could not be checked due to the above circumstances, as well as enjoy the views.
The result: a spoiled end to the vacation and time with the family.

The idea was not bad, but there has not been an update for a long time, the furniture is tired, there is a layer of dust in the rooms a few millimeters, there is a fungus on the tree, the price for 1 night is higher than in 5 stars in Minsk, where breakfast will also be included. By the way, we agreed on 200 rubles, booked in April, then the prices on the website changed to 230, and when checking in, all 250 rubles. I didn't get any checks. Passport data was not taken and was not entered anywhere, therefore, taxes from my visit were also not paid. We waited 40 minutes for the check-in itself, there is no reset, some guy walks around with a leaf and randomly approaches those waiting.

We rested at this campsite for 2 days. The place is pleasant, on the shore of a small lake, clean air, peace and quiet ... until some company starts celebrating. We were lucky that the noise ended around 10 p.m. The walls were literally vibrating from the music.
The houses have 4 rooms, each with a separate entrance, but there are such cracks in the walls (the house shrank) that the neighbors can be heard as if they are in the same room with you.
It is better not to count on the restaurant, everything is monotonous and not very tasty.
A great water bath with the opportunity to swim in the lake, but both times we had strange overlays with the bathhouse.
The overall impression is acceptable, but not for that kind of money.

This is in advance. The guys invited me to celebrate Dr. The location of the base is one big plus. But everything else is one big minus. If you are going there to drink and have fun, then it is normal. There are no dishes, no stove, no appliances, the shower does not work, the doors are skewed, the neighbors' audibility is wonderful. A good place for a quiet, forest vacation. Beautiful territory, lots of trees, fresh air, the lake is a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. BUT why is everything so neglected, there are cones, needles, foliage on the sofas, tons of cobwebs everywhere, the windows are dirty, everything is dusty, 1 pantone is broken, steps are shaky in some houses, where it is painted, the paint has peeled off. This is a wonderful place, clearly in need of renovation. 4 stars only for the fact that it is quiet, the forest and a beautiful view.

Bed linen, towels, iron, toilet paper must be requested from the administrator. The houses themselves are clean, there is a shower, toilet, hairdryer. There are floating baths on site. They are just super, there is a descent to the water. Catamarans, gazebos, barbecues are nearby. Everything can be taken for a fee, very convenient. The prices for accommodation are normal, as they are everywhere. Among the disadvantages, the guests were charged for housing, then they were charged again when they paid for the banquet and accommodation. We figured it out, but it was strange. The disadvantage of the banquet was that there was no timing with the removal of the hot and the host of the wedding. As soon as the break was announced, the waiters brought out the hot stuff. As a result, everyone ate cold. I have no idea whose mistake it is, but if you are going to celebrate a wedding there, pay attention to it yourself. There were no questions about food. The quality does not match the price, it is expensive. The serving and serving are normal. The equipment worked without failures. The gazebo also has speakers. In general, we liked everything. The wedding was a lot of fun. We will definitely come just to relax in nature.

That boorish type of administrator Gennady will tell you that you are fanning a scandal from scratch at the slightest request to improve the service. The rooms are dirty and not cleaned. When asked to bring an iron, it was not brought by a worker, there was also no kettle in the room. As a bonus, there were condom wrappers in the dresser. The benefit is at least not the use. There are cooks in the kitchen without hats and gloves. The service staff from the street freely walks around the kitchen where the cooking process is in full swing. Some dishes were not served fresh. There was only one answer to comments about the quality of the products, you are not being kept here and in general I will now evict you from the rooms. Payment is generally a separate story. The houses were paid for by the host party, but this did not prevent the administrator Gennady from taking another payment. As a result, the money was sorted out, the money was returned to us, but at the same time they said several times that we were conflicted people. I.e., we were also insulted for our money. I put one star only for the work of the waiters, the guys are great.
