Disgusting.
The administrator imposes the menu, dispersing it unreasonably, aiming for a certain amount (per person).
With all this, the kitchen, I can't even find the right words, in some school canteens they cook better. If you suddenly bring something of your own, 50% will leave themselves in the kitchen, you can see such a fee.
The waiters, the only representatives of this institution to whom there are no complaints, thank them.

This place was highly recommended, but I do not recommend it.
You can find more decent establishments, of a higher price category, the banquet turned out to be cheaper in money, and the kitchen is heaven and earth.

On 28.01.2022, my husband's birthday was celebrated in this "institution". To say that everything was disgusting is to say nothing.
1.5 weeks before the celebration, we came to place an order, the receptionist gave us a banquet menu and sat doing her own business. She reacted negatively to my request to help, prompt and make a choice that the guests would like. As a result, the recommendations were made only towards the most expensive dishes.
We left an advance payment and I thought that I would sit at home, look at the menu again and call back a little bit to replace some items. And so she did. However, when I called, I fell for this "grunt" again, hearing "I have people now, what did you want to change there?" I apologized and offered to call her back so that it would be more convenient for her to talk to me when people leave and she is free, but again I heard a lot of displeasure and rudeness. In the end, of course, they didn't change almost anything to me, because they no longer do something, they don't have something, in short, she didn't care what we wanted, the main thing was that we would pay more and strain her less.
On the day of the celebration, I had to order another hot one, you just can't imagine how long I was going to call and order more, because I wasn't ready to spoil my mood by talking to this eternally dissatisfied lady. But there was nowhere to go, and what was my surprise when a very sweet, pleasant girl Daria answered, this is a bright ray in this hellhole. She talked to me calmly, answered all my questions, and was a wonderful administrator.
The evening came, we came, they escorted us, put us down, everything would be fine until I heard from the waitress: "when it's hot to carry, otherwise you have such a poor table that there will be nothing to eat without hot.
" P.S. What would you understand, dear readers of my review, there were 9 of us, each had a salad, tomatoes with cheese, pickles, sandwiches with red fish, eggplant rolls, huge meat plates. And I think we had some good snacks, because after the snacks there was another hot serving and 2 shared ones.
The waiters didn't like the service at all, as if she was a goddess and we all have to bow at her feet that she brought a plate. I still didn't really understand when the person didn't finish the salad, but the hot one was already brought. The waiter takes it and just throws it into a plate with a hot salad with a fork, the appearance of the dish is lost. Why can't you leave both a plate with salad and a hot one? I didn't understand that.
As for the cuisine, I will say one thing, the meat is fine, the snacks are fine too, but we were persuaded to take expensive red fish for the second hot meal, which was simply impossible to eat. Salmon in white wine for 200 grams of 22 rubles turned out to be bitter, without salt and spices, a piece of spoiled fish, for such money.
The music is terrible, the musicians sing all sorts of nonsense on purpose, so that people would order songs for 10 rubles per composition. Extortion!!!
Come order from them for a tidy sum, listen to the administrator grymza and the waitress boorish, so also pay for the music.
By the way, half of the chairs are loose to the point that you're sitting on a rocker.
In general, this is a disgusting place, a ruined evening, we will NEVER visit this place again, I think, as well as our guests.

This cafe was very often heard of. And finally we had a chance to get there (for the wedding). First, about the advantages: a very large hall, beautiful decoration; neat clean toilets; a beautiful hall; blankets are provided for going outside; no foreign odors; events taking place in neighboring halls did not interfere.As for the kitchen, we were not impressed, although the menu was ordered the best that they have. But, this is purely our opinion, most of the guests liked everything. And now the cons: these are the service staff (waiters). Believe me, we have something to compare it with. They worked for two. The dishes were changed at the wrong time, and if they were changed, then for some reason they left small pieces of uneaten food, alcohol and drinks were not updated at all. The waiters appeared only when the hot dishes and desserts were served.

02/20.21 we had a rest in Veras. To begin with, we froze in the great hall. The food was poorly cooked. In the "lightness" salad, the shrimp were raw, the French fries in the side dish were dried to the state of chips.
In the middle of the evening, three of us began to turn our stomachs, two of us from shrimp, and one of our own was never determined from what. I've never felt such pain.
The music is disco (you can't make out the words of the musicians, but the basses felt all the internal organs) for 3 years, and many good songs were ruined by remixes. Don't set foot in this place anymore!!!

There were four of them, two brought dishes, and two remained almost hungry.It feels like the guy is either tortured by backbreaking work or he has some kind of problems. In short, the evening is ruined. It's embarrassing in front of a foreigner.
