Good afternoon. I was with my wife today, the service was terrible, they brought me a barely warm chicken fillet after ordering in 3 minutes . I've already eaten everything. After 1 minute , they brought it to my wife . I asked to call the manager , the waiter refused . I'm shocked. With such recommendations and such service.

the prices are high, the food has become mediocre. It was better a few years ago, after covid the level dropped. And the service is not very good either. They are positioned as Russian cuisine, but all the chefs are Thai. I think that the price is too high with such quality. Although the place itself is clean, there is no fish stink, this is a plus.

We were at this cafe yesterday - we chose it based on reviews and the menu. The child and husband were poisoned (both ate a Kiev cutlet and fried ice cream in nuts of some kind), I ate another dish. Vomiting, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea....
