This is a former power plant building. The power plant was created during the construction of the resort by Prince Oldenburgsky in 1903. It also functioned in Soviet times. It worked as a hydroelectric power station - there was a pool on the mountainside, where water was supplied via an ancient water pipe from the upper reaches of the Joequara River. Now both the aqueduct and the pools are in an abandoned state, and the building, unfortunately, is being destroyed.
