At the entrance to the institution, the administrator stopped and asked what to suggest, when they answered that the first thing was the restroom, the girl pointed to the toilets located on the street, saying if we don't order anything, then their restroom is not supposed to be for us. I was even confused, because we hadn't had time to make an order yet, we had just arrived. The first acquaintance with the restaurant did not take place beyond the toilet, because the manner of communication and the arguments of the administrator were frankly shocking. But it was worth touching on the legality of the "internal regulations" of the institution, as everything turned out to be possible and allowed.
The desire to escort preceded the order.
Dear administration, take the time to train staff, a student to build communication with clients is a primary skill.
Conclusion: don't make fools of people - if it's humanly possible.

We waited for the waiters for 20 minutes. It turned out that there are only 2 dishes on the menu to choose from))) sorry, two sets) while we were sitting waiting, we didn't see that someone would bring something. They decided not to take any chances and left. The waiter did not even try to offer to explain or hold us back. No, just two dishes to choose from.
An interesting contrast: the institution presents itself as an exquisite premium, and two meters from you from the bottom there is an economy class landing who drink beer made of plastic.
