Five years later, I can safely say that this store has the best service, at least I can answer for Eugene. Excellent salesperson/consultant/craftsman. Before that, I was in 5 different services, where I was bred to "repair" and buy parts from them, and they literally fixed it all for a penny, saying that it would last a long time, and so it was, although for the sake of interest I came to another service and they said that the switch was replaceable, but after Eugene's tinctures, I rolled back many thousands more km. This means that they are not chasing money, but reputation. Not to mention that some small thing can be done for free. Therefore, in my subjective opinion, this is the best service and I recommend it to all my friends, no matter how beautifully they sing in other stores/services.

I once ordered rubber for my bike, I waited a couple of days, but it didn't come what I ordered. I called the store and said that the wrong product had been sent. I was told that I need to send it back. That's what I did.

There was only one name from the "rental" here. We were offered only one bike each, we were given no choice at all. Not to mention that they wanted to sign a contract with us without first showing the bikes, but we insisted on our own. The bikes turned out to be in poor technical condition + I (a girl, 1.60 m tall) did not have a suitable bike, although I was informed by phone beforehand that there would be. In general, after examining the bicycles, we, of course, did not take them.
I would also like to note the extremely low level of service. The employee answered all questions very sharply and irritably, as if we were distracting him from something important, even though the store was empty.
