This is already an indicator of the attitude towards staff and, accordingly, customers. Do you also take care of the tool, do you not tighten the bolts to save the keys? You can just take money for pumping the wheels, in 3 months you will beat off the cost of the pump. In general, after talking for a couple of minutes, I realized that you are being sold what they want to sell, and not what you need. I explain: if a person is looking for a cross-country bike, then they will sell him a forward for 400 rubles, which will fall apart in the forest after a week of riding. And the thing is that the attitude to one customer, it is the same as to others, I am not special, I went into the bike form, this is already a bell that I understand something. But come on, I came to Bobruisk for a few days, they didn't spoil my mood, but they amused me with such an attitude and service. Maybe the Director should have a conversation with sellers about communicating with customers, rather than just counting money and reading reports on the operation of the outlet.
