The territory is clean, spacious, and green with pines, firs, eucalyptus trees, castor trees, and magnolias) The aromas are amazing!!! The beach is small with small pebbles. There is a convenient access to the beach. And most importantly, with protection from outsiders, there is a fence with a chip lock, from which a card is issued at the reception.. The pool is small and not deep, it's great that it's heated. It was impossible to get the children out of him. The pool area is always clean and there are sun beds with umbrellas. The rooms are clean and spacious with two views: either the sea or the mountains. The rooms are well cleaned, towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. The food is excellent! Varied, and most importantly delicious, homey! The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and courteous. I especially want to highlight Niku, the bartender in the lobby! Super! He is always positive, he will find an approach to everyone and lift their spirits. Ivan is the reception desk administrator. He approaches his work calmly and responsibly! I helped out more than once in different situations. Thank you very much! And most importantly, animation! Alexandra does her job well, she will find a common and separate approach to children. There is something new and interesting every day for adults and children. Exercises, water aerobics in the pool, stretching, self-massage of the face, board games, discos, but for children there was a paradise: master classes, board games, aquagrim, henna tattoo, discos, outdoor games. Thank you Sasha for your kindness and cordiality. I would also add that the location of the hotel is very convenient. Opposite is the city market, where you can buy almost anything. There are shops with everything you need within a 5-minute walk. There is a large shopping mall to the right of the hotel. Well, you can also walk around the city, there are many cafes, coffee shops, shops with pastries and other goods. Walk to the Ferris wheel and stroll along the embankment. And the Gagra National Dolphinarium is a 13-minute walk away. Which we visited and were satisfied with!

I really liked the hotel. I had a rest with my wife and friends from 05/17/2025-05/28/2025.Beautiful grounds, pine trees, eucalyptus trees, magnolias, flowers.The air is clean, the sea is nearby.The pool wasn't big, but there was plenty of room for everyone anyway. The rooms are clean, large, cozy, and have everything you need.The dining room is bright and large, there is a veranda, a lounge area.The food is delicious, the assortment is good.Always fresh and baked vegetables.chicken, stewed meat, fish, dumplings.Side dish bulgur, potatoes, pasta, buckwheat.buns, cakes.Coffee machine.Compotes.The staff is very polite, from the reception guys to the cleaning lady, well done.Special attention to Ivan from the reception, Nick from the bar is a very polite young man (super beer)And, of course, Alexandra the animator.It was great and exciting to study with the guys.

We had a vacation in May 2025 with the children. The hotel is located in a eucalyptus grove and there is such a luxurious air. The food is delicious: fresh vegetables and fruits are always on the buffet. Lots of meat. Delicious soups and salads. The children ate with pleasure. Having a coffee machine was very valuable to me. Local chacha and wine are made from alcohol, as well as local beer. The beer is very good, the rest is still there. The staff is polite and smiling. I especially liked Nick's bartender, who was always happy!!! The girls in the food area are also very cool!!! There are such nice guys at the reception!!! The woman who cleaned our room is also very polite and helpful!!! I liked them all!) The room is clean. Cleaned regularly. The territory is also clean. The pool is warm (in May it is very important), clean. The kids and I spent the whole vacation with them. What was really cool was having an animator. Alexandra is our love!!! Morning exercise, aqua aerobics! It keeps the kids busy day and night: they wove bracelets, played mafia, danced, and sang!!! They were playing chess! And anyway, she sets up the kids in such a way that they start to be friends with each other. Our family was satisfied!!!
