The salon itself is nice. There is enough space in the waiting room, there is a sofa, chairs, a table, a waiting area + accessories for your ponytails. The biggest one is the video surveillance cameras (you can sit quietly and watch your tail and the process itself). + They offer tea and coffee. Honestly, I have good impressions of the salon itself, everything is neat and beautiful. But there is one caveat, I applied for a service (a haircut for a pet), it was provided, but poorly, only then did I notice that the pet was not properly shorn, there were areas of long hair, although the pet behaved more than calmly. Perhaps the master is just stuffing his hand. If this nuance is improved, it will be good.

Well done! It is high time to create comfortable conditions not only for pets, but also for humans! It is very convenient and quick to make an appointment and choose the necessary service! Friendly staff, not only the animal will be treated, but also tea and coffee will be offered to the owner! The most important thing is that you can watch on the screen everything that happens to your pet during grooming procedures, being separate from the process! I was satisfied!

The first time we went for a haircut with a cat. We were met by a very nice receptionist and master Serafima. They offered tea and coffee, and took care of it. The cat was treated politely and carefully. His back was trimmed very smoothly and beautifully, the cat was nervous and there was an opportunity to be with him, to calm him down. The place itself is spacious, bright, and clean. I was surprised by the discount on the first visit, very unexpected and pleasant. Definitely we will come again
