We love this place very much and always, when we come to Dzerzhinsk, we hurry to this store for the delicious Nakvasovskaya black pudding and awesome bread. But today we ventured to take a pork shish kebab and lard... Honestly? It's a pity to try to bite through this meat... Well, we hoped for the sincerity of the staff of this store, because after all, a reputation has been earned for years))) in short, the miracle did not happen, and all the inedible nonconditioning that can only be found in a pig turned out to be there)) did you choose a piece of bacon, did you specify why the glass is yellow? The answer is because of the seasoning.. They took it and cut it up at home.. But it's old all through and yellow everywhere, and the skin is tough, can't be cut with a knife, and it's incredibly hard..
