They killed our cat. We waited 6 days for the tests because the "doctor" was on the weekend, during which time our cat died. We did not receive adequate treatment on time, it was a horror, not a clinic. "Doctor" Nadezhda Valeryevna - shame on you. On March 31, we brought our cat in serious condition, she was prescribed minimal treatment, took blood chemistry and told to wait for the result of the tests. She was getting worse every day, and we came every day - there was no other doctor at the clinic, or they sent us to call our "doctor." Our calls and information that she was getting worse received only one response - to wait for the result of the tests. On April 3, our kitty died. The tests were ready only on April 5. Can you guess why? Because as I understood it, the doctor was on weekends all these days and did them only when she went to work. Is this even normal? I have never seen any other clinic where the tests were done for longer than 1-2 days at most. Absolute negligence and indifference, apparently 80 rubles for tests is more important to the clinic than saving a life. Such is the gratitude from the clinic for the fact that we have been regular customers for 5 years. There are simply no words. As two other veterinarians at other clinics confirmed to me after that, it was most likely kidney failure. And even with the available indicators, the cat could be stabilized if the "doctor" started the right treatment right away. In this case, the cat could still be given a few months of life or more, or quiet care. But because of you, she died in suffering. In case the clinic decides to blame us in response, no matter what condition the patient is in, the doctors' task is to do everything possible to save him. In our case, you just scored and didn't do your job. Shame on you.
