I recently visited this coffee shop and it was just wonderful! From the very entrance, I was greeted by a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, who immediately offered help in choosing. I decided to try their famous cottage cheese rings, and it was a real discovery! They turned out to be incredibly delicate and airy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and light sourness. Every bite melted in my mouth, and I couldn't resist ordering another one!
Coffee also deserves special praise — I chose a latte that was perfectly cooked and perfectly complemented the taste of the ring. The service was at the highest level: the barista was happy to talk about the coffee varieties and offered recommendations.
In general, this Brew is an ideal place to enjoy excellent coffee and delicious treats in the company of pleasant people. I will definitely come back again!

The coffee shop “Varka” is just a fire! Everything is so cozy and pleasant here that you don't want to leave. And most importantly — coffee! Barista Maxim works real miracles. I love this cooking very much
Especially because of the employees who work there, they have a special love

We always went to this coffee shop, but today I wanted to express my personal gratitude to the barista! Unfortunately, she didn't ask for a name... the badge says "leraf", I still don't know if it's a pseudonym or not.. I didn't bother the girl with the question, she's blonde with a very long low ponytail.
She greeted us incredibly warmly, as if she was waiting for us! I asked if I needed help choosing, but they said no. She accepted this with a smile, did not interfere with the choice, but made it clear that she was not rushing us to make a choice and, if anything, we could and should contact her...You won't find such a polite attitude in all coffee shops. She also greeted our dog by name!!! Imagine that....we were very pleasantly and very surprised, because we had not seen the girl before, it turned out that our friend came in with our dog on the weekend and then this girl was there too)) Who asked and even remembered the name...Imagine that...They often greet your pets in general...It is very nice that they are so welcome here.
They also drew us some very beautiful bears!!! The service is fast, the coffee shop itself is clean, like the baristas are always good
But today I am especially pleasantly impressed by the service... Although it seemed much better.
Be sure to come in, they'll remember your dog by name...and they will greet her separately👀, they will also have an Instagram coffee, take pictures of you (they will even offer to take pictures of you and they will stand quietly next to you with the order so as not to spoil the beautiful frame)...)) And thank you to the management who hires such wonderful staff, I would like to see the girl more often, but it seems like the barista is visible only on weekends, but it's a pity.. (

The cooking is quite cozy, the coffee is delicious.
But enjoy coffee and cake when, a meter away, they start mopping the floor with a pronounced smell of chlorine and opening the doors (in winter) so that this smell disappears.…This is certainly overkill. It's easier to take a 5-minute technical break and get out than to force visitors to pack up and run out quickly, as it smells terribly of chlorine.

Cheating customers!
After visiting this coffee shop, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the service. Employees are inattentive to orders. It is important to note that when buying a takeaway here, you MUST check your order without leaving the checkout counter, because the probability of errors on the part of the staff is too high.
It is especially unpleasant that such shortcomings give the impression of deception: either due to negligence, or due to attempts to cash in on the inattention of customers. I recommend others to be extremely careful when visiting this coffee shop.

VARKA - definitely delicious coffee drinks. I like soft and creamy, I drink RAF more often and I think that it is cooked perfectly here. Yes, the queue is certainly not happy, but perhaps the excitement in connection with the opening will be a little freer later. The interior is interesting, but in other coffee shops of this chain, it seemed to me, there was a more subdued interesting light, which created an atmosphere of relaxation.

Yesterday (12/10/2024) we visited a coffee shop and were very disappointed. The atmosphere in the restaurant was spoiled by loud laughter and barista conversations, which made it very noisy and it was not possible to have a cozy time. The barista's buddies were constantly coming in and out of the coffee shop, talking loudly and laughing. It felt like we were in a diner.
