At some point, the waitress came up and noticed in front of everyone that I had 'exceeded' the time limit in the cafe and invited the exit with these words.
Rudely. It's unethical. Unprofessional.
For my part, I note: serials do not look at the whole sound at the workplace and they do not occupy the visitors' table for loud communication with friends about purchases on wildberries!
This is the first time I have come across such an attitude of the staff to the guests!
I will add for the sake of justice that the coffee at this point was like a powder, an unpleasant 'medicinal, a la medicinal' taste after it.
The cafe is right next to work, but there is no one else here, even despite this.😁

The problem is the rude staff. In particular, the girl with the bandaged arm - I do not know the name, she, unlike her colleague Maria, does not wear a badge.

I love Cooking for the professionalism of the staff, they are at the highest level in every part of Minsk, but this place disappointed me extremely:(No friendliness from the staff, a long wait and all this could have been pushed off to a heavy workload in the coffee shop, but there were two of us there, besides, I asked to make me a match with banana milk, the barista mixed everything up and did it on a regular one, I, as a person suffering from lactose allergy, did not appreciate it. The interior is pleasant, I especially liked the neat communications on the ceiling! Few people think about it. The employee behaved kindly, a minute after the opening she was glad to see me, a rarity for Minsk and the style of service in the country as a whole. Anastasia is a real smart girl!
As for the menu, I was somewhat upset. This is my first time in a coffee shop, I can't quickly navigate the menu on my own, so the order sounded something like this: "something cold and without milk, like espresso tonic or bumble, have a snack with tuna." The employee offered tuna sando and bumble, but hot. The coffee was good, but it wasn't bumble) You can try to dilute the menu with a warm bumble and a classic version, this will not require the purchase of new ingredients or more of them.
Sando turned out to be just two slices of bread from a nearby store with sad iceberg leaves and smeared canned tuna. I could make toast and add another tomato for a change. A more suitable and classic option for a mass-market coffee shop. It may cost a ruble more for the buyer, but it doesn't taste good to chew clean bread, even if you call it sando with a beautiful word)
Was it nice coming in? Yes. Will I come back purposefully? No.
I hope that I will change the last answer in the near future.

Varka is love at first sight, I watched videos on YouTube and when we were in Minsk, the first thing we did was come here.

Daria turned out to be a friendly, interesting conversationalist and one of the most competent employees in a long time (it is very rare to see an employee who is so well suited to his job). The whole impression of the place was ruined by the barista girl. I ordered a latte and asked to add cinnamon when cooking. As a result, they gave it without cinnamon, and to my question "Where is the cinnamon?" they answered "There is a jar there, pour it yourself"
She also asked for a ring with condensed milk, but to give it back after I go wash my hands. As a result, I come, the girl just goes about her business and doesn't even look at me. When I ask her to give me the ring, she starts punching a new one. At that time, besides mine, there were no more orders and there were 3 people in the institution itself, so it's hard to forget about it. In general, the girl was unhappy, as if I had forced her to work here. There are no questions about food and coffee.

An unpleasant experience happened with this Cooking. We came to study English with a tutor in the summer, it was very hot, there was no air conditioning, so we took a table in the shade. It took about 15 minutes of class, a barista girl came up to us, interrupted and asked us to take a bar table by the window (where the sun was shining brightly), because they can't sit with laptops and a "coffee shop is a walk-through." Firstly, the coffee shop was empty because it was a weekday and it was small, people take coffee and leave. Secondly, the time limit is 2 hours in a laptop, and we have just started (the lesson lasts 1.5 hours)! It was very unpleasant and ugly, in fact we were kicked out of there (it is impossible to sit at a table by the window because of the sun), although my tutor had already ordered coffee. I understand if there was an influx of people or a day off!
I don't recommend coming here. There is little room for gatherings with friends, it is forbidden to work / study, at most - take a coffee to take away.

Unfortunately, for the second time I remain dissatisfied with the work of this point. The first time I ordered a drink from the seasonal menu, I was warned about the waiting time of about 15 minutes, which is acceptable. However, 20 minutes later, the wrong drink was brought to me, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my own. As a result, they brought a half-empty glass of cold coffee. At another point, I saw the girl with the same drink, the volume was much larger. For the second time, I ordered a classic raf, waiting to drink a drink, which is made in all establishments, including other cooking points, with the addition of vanilla syrup. It turned out that at this point the formulation of drinks is different and instead of syrup there is 8 grams of ordinary sugar. In general, the staff is polite, but not focused. I really love cooking, usually there were no problems, but I won't go to this point anymore.
