I've been a regular visitor to this place for 2 years for sure, this branch of the brew was always pleased with the presence of a pleasant atmosphere and delicious coffee... But the last couple of months, the desire to come here has simply disappeared because of the baristas!! That I wouldn't come, some kind of dissatisfied service, as if my appearance interfered with their time together. There was a moment when I ordered coffee and cheesecakes, the cheesecakes were brought to me, but I waited for coffee for a long time. I thought that maybe because of the large number of visitors they might have forgotten. But I see that some of the baristas just went outside. I went over to the one who remained at the cash register, politely reminded them, they looked at me in silence, distracted from the phone, and almost rolled their eyes and went to make coffee... It would be fine if the problem was only in the emotionally cold service, but the quality of the coffee was no longer so pleasing! And if you'll excuse me, I can go to other nearby coffee shops for dessert, where there are more positions. I came here in many ways for the pleasant atmosphere, which I don't see now, so I decided that I wouldn't set foot here anymore. I'm tired of spoiling my mood... Moreover, there is such a wonderful cooking nearby at the Airfield, where they are always warmly welcomed and attentive to the order.

It's a very cozy coffee shop, good coffee, but there's a caveat...
I've been going to this brew for a couple of years now, but in recent months I've completely lost the desire. At first, I thought I was just somehow unlucky (we're all human, we all have bad days), but apparently the staff here is really not very friendly. They don't pay attention to their clients, and they do their work as reluctantly as possible, as if they were doing them a favor. Previously, I was glad to have cooking so close, but now I have to go to another one... As an example, I can cite cooking at Aerodromnaya 26A and Mayakovsky 154, just heaven and earth, a completely different service.

I want to leave my feedback specifically about this cooking. I have two dogs and I love going to places like this with my boyfriend. It takes me 30 minutes to walk to this coffee shop. Naturally, I got acquainted with what the coffee shop offers and its features. According to the description, the coffee shop has water for dogs and treats them with treats, so I didn't bring it with me. The dogs were not offered any treats. I didn't have a goal to come with my dogs and eat treats for free, it's just that if you write, you need it to match what you wrote. These are small things and a lot of people pay attention to them. The coffee is delicious, and the pastries are delicious too. There is nowhere to fasten the dogs on a leash, the leash remains only in your hands.

I ordered a croissant with salmon. Initially, the girl brought the dishes and put them very roughly on the table. Then it turned out that the appliances were frankly dirty, and there were even leftovers on the fork. When I made a remark and asked to replace the devices, they did it with obvious dissatisfaction. The croissant came with a hair like an eyelash. But the benefit was replaced with a new croissant.
I advise the authorities to work hard on the selection of high-quality staff!!! Not a single smile from the staff during our stay.

The staff is disgusting, they don't ask for the app, I agree with the reviews below, I was waiting for coffee and heard the baristas discussing other visitors. Instead of cappuccino, they made a latte with EYELASHES floating in it!!!! ....I noticed it too late when I opened the lid on the way home (I have no words. The coffee is delicious. The staff is disgusting. Nothing has changed during the year of operation of the cafe. It feels like the staff is changing, passing on all the worst traditions to new employees. And the staff turnover here is notable. Diner level maintenance. The waiting time for coffee in the morning can be up to 30 minutes.
I would not recommend this institution to anyone.

I run in here for a cappuccino, but the quality of the coffee doesn't match my expectation and it's like this all the time. For this price, you can make a good coffee bookmark per serving. It feels like it's not a cappuccino, but milk with a drop of coffee and it's on an ongoing basis. I'm buying a cappuccino, not a super milky latte. And the coffee is always warm, not hot.

It was a big mistake that I did not go further to the coffee shop on Bratskaya. It's a very cozy coffee shop, but the staff spoils everything. When ordering coffee, I clarified whether the bonus card that I was given on Bratskaya was working. In response, I received I don't know, I've been working here recently. I think that such an answer is unacceptable for the staff. Then I was waiting for my order. Another girl came and I asked her again. But the girl was busy and also replied with displeasure, we do not have seals. So there are no seals or this system does not work. They answered me angrily, yes it doesn't work. Then, while waiting for my double cappuccino, I got a regular one. The cost of which is different. The coffee was like water, just milk. I bought a lot of times in this coffee shop and they are always some kind of soggy, never crunch, 7-8p for a rag (that pistachio, that with almonds, chocolate is generally terrible). But this is a claim not to the employees of the coffee shop, but to the supplier. On Leonid Levin 11 (not very far from this coffee shop), also in cooking, always cool croissants, even at 10 in the morning, even at 10 in the evening. There is one disappointment.

Of the many Brews I've visited, this one is a favorite. I managed to talk to the owners - a very nice couple. The baristas made coffee at 22:02, even a few minutes after closing time. I don't like hot coffee, I said to make it warm - they clarified whether the temperature was comfortable when they gave the cup (!). Always fresh croissants)) The interior is bright and cozy.
