I decided what is called "giving a second chance to make a first impression" to this point. I didn't ask for anything special, just cappuccino and put sugar in the coffee right away (I always ask that everywhere, they put it, it doesn't seem to be a difficult request from the client). But no, they just pointed a finger at me in the direction of the sugar table. In short, as people who are far from the concept of customer orientation have worked here, so they will work. And I'm not coming here anymore. I love the "Station", especially on Kupalovskaya Street. And Varka is for students, they are probably patient.

What the hell kind of kapets is this?. matcha latte is great, but hot chocolate is what it is. at the bottom of the glass (by the way, for some reason they made it into a glass with themselves, but okay) there were almost whole drops, they themselves stirred into such a fortune-telling cake. it's not the first time I've visited this place, every time there's some kind of joke, but I think okay, it doesn't happen to anyone, I work in cooking myself, but not every time

It's a terrible place. The staff is busy watching videos. The buyer feels superfluous. I just wanted to ask you if we're not bothering you. The author's drink with sea buckthorn is terrible. It feels like rinsing a jar of sea buckthorn, throwing star anise and cinnamon, but only the taste of hot water is felt.

The staff communicates with each other by shouting at the whole coffee shop. They clean ahead of time when guests are sitting.

You can drink coffee, but unfortunately this coffee shop is still remembered for the burnt egg for the whole coffee shop and very loud music. I was there in January, I went to work and drink coffee. The staff was different. Apparently they forgot about me sitting in the hall, well, or they didn't care about me. The music was turned up at full volume. I left quickly. The bathroom is dirty.
I visited it again recently. There are more staff, now there are three, but there is a feeling of unfriendliness, sloppiness and confusion. There are more people at the checkout, but they're all fussing about something else. Apparently, the staff needs to be dealt with, fellow organizers!
