We ordered 2 hot chocolates, waited 40 minutes until they were ready. While I was picking up the order, it was given to other people. They specified how long it would be ready, they said in 2 minutes, as a result, they waited for another 15 minutes. There was no queue!

We visited the cafe twice and it's a complete disappointment 🥲
The first time, during the order, the bartender girl came up to see what kind of coffee to make and curtly announced that another person was cooking, she was already tired. I hadn't moved away from the cash register yet and was in shock, to put it mildly. The second time, explosive caramel was not added to (the author's drink), it was added only after a request for it. The place is also very hot and stuffy.
