The coffee shop itself is very spacious, beautiful, and very cozy.
For those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, or come to work on a laptop or vice versa to spend time with a small child, and you can come with a company, there is enough space for everyone ;)

This is the first time I've been to this Varka coffee shop and I won't go in anymore. At the entrance, I was met by a girl with a floor broom and decided to tell me from the threshold that they would not sell me anything because the terminal was not working! I wonder if it's not customary to sell them for cash? When it turned out that I would still be served (by the way, I paid with a card), taking my drink, I asked for a suitable lid, and gave it to me without washing my hands, the same girl sweeping the floor. There is no service for you (I mean waving a broom in front of your nose at the entrance), nor sanitary standards. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

My first experience of writing a negative review and, unfortunately, my last visit to this point. Three times I gave a chance for rehabilitation, but at this point the tolerance ended. It is worth explaining that I am a person working in this field, and my idea is a little wider than that of a standard guest. However, I have a higher tolerance and understanding in this regard. I tend to turn a blind eye to a lot of things, because I know what it's like to stand at the bar. But what is happening in this institution defies any explanation or justification. It's sad, because this place is very conveniently located for me.
And so, I will describe two of my most striking visits:
1. I went with a friend to drink an ice latte. We approach the cash register, because we initially knew why we were going, we did not have to choose. But the barista guy was distracted for a long time by his dialogue with the girl from the audience. In principle, we had to wait until the barista decided to accept our order and pay attention to us. In addition, during the ordering process, the guy felt it necessary to continue to have a dialogue with his girlfriend, which clearly demonstrated the lack of service. As far as I remember, caramel syrup is always used in ice lattes according to the Cooking standard. And even if it is over, the barista must notify about it and offer a replacement. But the barista decided not to mention it and just gave us ice, milk and espresso. I didn't want to spoil anyone's mood, it was decided to just add cinnamon to the drink. How tactless do you think it was for the barista to just sit down with his friend in the hall and start discussing the fact of adding cinnamon to coffee in a negative way, as if the guests had suddenly become deaf? Yes, I like to drink coffee with cinnamon on Thursday, but I won't come to you for it anymore. And, of course, there is nothing more important than a dialogue with a friend at work, so a bunch of dishes from neighboring tables can not be cleaned for a long time. I wanted to leave a review back then, but there was still hope for an "accident" and a "bad day". And in vain.
2. Today's situation is generally good, guys, it's just shameless. You have some kind of unhealthy passion for bringing friends to work, and this is generally understandable. But the six people in the hall, to whom you sit down during work and the presence of other guests on the sofas, make such a noise that you just want to run out of the place. Again, you are so passionate about your company that it is not possible to remove the adjacent empty tables (and no one would even squeak at you if you had some kind of fuss, but you were just too lazy to do it). It's really the first time I've come across this, it felt like I was at a private party after closing.
Next to the order. There are two girls on shift: one without a uniform, in casual clothes, let's say, an intern. We ordered a latte and brought something similar to an Americano with milk. There is no question that you clearly saw what you were giving and in what form you were giving it, you just hoped that the guest would somehow not notice it. They asked me to redo it. The situation has not improved, although it would seem that after a remark in your direction, you need to try to close the issue as "correctly" as possible, because this is a risk, first of all, for your reputation, which for me, you have completely destroyed. Both times the drinks were made poorly.
I'll even attach photos. It's amazing how, with a difference of a month, everything does not change, but only gets worse. It is very unpleasant and it is not clear where both the owner of this point and the main Cooking office are looking. You can close your eyes to many things, but this is the first time I have come across such brusqueness and disrespect for guests.

A new point of the already familiar Varka. The clean new interior welcomes guests with relative restraint, but until you sit down closer to the decor elements and see the quality of execution.
There are 3 people working at a not-so-visited institution per day, of whom the young man is the most friendly, a girl trying to do everything in time, that with an almost empty institution there are dirty dishes on the tables, and the 3rd fifa, which only sits on the phone. The coffee is surprisingly above average, but the volume leaves much to be desired.

Two stars for the polite staff and coffee is probably all. Here is a review of the organization of the institution, it has already boiled over. I do not know how many times I have already come to this place, of which only two times everything was fine. The rest of the days, the packages are over, there are no syrups. The glass lids are out, there are no croissants. I mean, no, why did you open this place then if there is almost never everything you need to serve a guest. It's just already terrible, I don't care about the attitude. Therefore, if you just came for coffee, then yes they will make it for you, and if you want something more, I'm sorry, not here.

The coffee is delicious, the interior is clean and new.
The pastries are delicious. The girl with dark hair was polite and it was nice to visit such people again.
Then there are only disadvantages.
There were three girls on March 29, on a bedside table with lids - there were a couple of large lids lying somehow. When asked to report the caps, the girl, a dyed blonde with piercings and tattoos, offered to take what she had, but on repeated request she reported the caps. The lids were placed carelessly, crooked, broken in several places in a stack. Surprisingly.
They ordered milkshakes, but they did not have any sprinkling of balls, which the girls discovered already in the process of cooking. The process itself was accompanied by swearing under his breath and went on for an extremely long time. It is dangerous to give a product prepared with such "slanders" to children. They refused.
So far, the biggest problem of this place is the staff, but everything can be fixed, and there is delicious coffee in the area, thank God.

We waited for two cappuccinos for 30 minutes. The staff is very slow, as if in a vacuum, the girl at the reception of orders is so generally🙄 The atmosphere is spoiled by the fact that the waiter runs around the hall and every time asks if this is your order👍🏻 The interior is very beautiful, but when we went inside, 3 tables were filled with mugs. I was disappointed with this coffee shop. At 7.58 they did not let me wait and make an order in winter - I went to butter bro. Another time I came in the morning and they didn't have any glasses, and the milk was sour. I had to throw away the coffee, which was very disappointing, as if I took coffee from a forgotten coffee machine that is not serviced. There is no longer a foot there.
