The coffee itself is completely unsuccessful, we took cappuccino and flat white. There is only milk, and there is not much foam in the cappuccino. The coffee is usually excellent in other coffee shops of the brand. Maybe the barista just wasn't in the mood (we went in early in the morning).
And the coffee shop itself is pleasant, interesting books, and cozy. Thanks to Varka for the cool winter cups, the design is a delight!

The cafe is very cozy and beautiful. The drinks and food are delicious. But everything was ruined by the staff... There weren't many customers, the barista was leaving for a smoke. Not only did all the smoke and stench fly into the cafe, but it was also almost as cold as outside. I would really like to come to this place again, but the reluctance to breathe cigarette smoke prevails.

If you drink coffee in the coffee shop itself, then everything is fine. But takeaway coffee, if you're lucky with a barista, the milk is not fully foamed, or the milk is not poured at all. I had to change the coffee shop for coffee with myself. I'm taking one star off for this.
UPD: I'm shooting another star, nothing is changing. The last time we poured even less milk into the cappuccino.

One of the pleasant and cozy brews! When I have the opportunity, I am happy to come here to relax and drink delicious coffee. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I've never left this place without a smile. Thank you for such a service and a secluded corner in Minsk!

The coffee is definitely good, the croissants are fresh and crisp, but the staff leaves much to be desired. We ended up with a barista named Eva. We were served with such a face, as if we were not stupid at all. I understand that things happen in life, but work is work. The girl was told that we would be there, the young man asked me: "Are you there or did you order it with you?" And the girl, with a dissatisfied look, intervening in our conversation: "So are you in place or with yourself?". The morning was ruined. And so, the interior, coffee, croissants are on top.

We came with a friend for lemonades. There are three people sitting in the coffee shop. We approach to place an order and wait around 10 minutes, just to be noticed. After a ten-minute wait, the barista still deigned to offer us a seat and said she would come to us. We sat down and watched the following picture: the girls who came in later than us were served much faster. But we kept waiting. The order has been accepted. The wait for the lemonade itself took another 15 minutes. Honestly, I'm upset about the taste and the serving. In the picture on the menu, the lemonade looked bigger. It tastes watery. They drank it because of the heat outside. In general, one disappointment.

We were on the opening day 1.5 hours before closing time. I understand that everyone is tired and so on, but being polite and talking about promotions is the job of cashiers/baristas. The girl did not inform about the terms of the promotion in honor of the opening and immediately asked for the full price of coffee. After that, when we told her about it ourselves and showed her Instagram subscriptions, we were provided with it. I also understand that in the evening baristas no longer want to adjust the grinding, but it is also their job to monitor the quality of coffee. There was actually no coffee in the cappuccino.
And yes, it wouldn't hurt for the cashier to put a smile on his face at least sometimes.
